Property Ratings at Whispering Pines Apartments
The management team takes the time and patience also nicely if they’re help you. They clean the property and everything is good and work to move in. Love it here
The management is unprofessional. They don't communicate, charge you unfairly and gives no room for dispute. The maintenance cannot fix anything and even causes further problems. Less than a month of moving in and it's been a horrible experience. The apartment wasn't even cleaned properly on move in. Signs of pest infestation everywhere. Would give negative stars if possible. Flee from this apartment.
If your mental health is important to you, avoid moving here. This area has a reputation for being the worst in town, with frequent shootings, drug activity, loitering, loud music, and even issues with mice. It's also plagued by various other crimes.
Had a good stay in a serene and lovely environment.
The apartments are not correctly renovated and the property manager is so rude. My AC did not work for 3 months by the time it was fixed summer was over it was literally 100 degrees in my apartment. Windows are broke and so drafty my air and heat literally goes right out the window.
In a poorer area, very dirty, just some apartments half finished with surrounding poorer apartment buildings
