Whisper Sky

Moved here in October 2022, maintenance is quick to respond to tasks we have had. The grounds are kept clean. The office is friendly, replies to emails asap. The office has an open door policy. If you prefer to talk in person instead of email, the office will help you. They are friendly, attentive, you can take your dog with you. Your dog will love them and the treats! I have no complaint about my neighbors. Everyone is friendly says hi. LOVE this place!

Pre-covid, my neighbors were great. The units having pretty good noise isolation and I barely heard anything from the previous occupants of that unit. My current next door neighbors now are particularly awful. They slam their kitchen cabinet doors and drawers for hours every night. They frequently cook greasy and nasty smelling food that stinks up my apartment. Their children bounce balls, jump off furniture, drag chairs across the tile floor, scream, and slam doors. I've had some terrible, disrespectful, and entitled neighbors, but these are the absolute worst. The grounds are well maintained, but the breezeways and stairwells are stained and full of trash. The dumpsters are almost always full of mattresses, furniture, and boxes. The tap water leaves a sticky brown residue on everything. Like most complexes, dog poop is still everywhere despite maintenance picking it up. As for pluses, the units are very large and the included private garage is really nice. All of my appliances are from 2005 and the cheapest most basic units, but they do function. The only reason that I renewed was the covid peak and I'm regretting that now.

Do not move here unless you want to be overrun by dog poop. There is poop all over the property, all the time. Sometimes the maintenance crew cleans it up but within a few days it is back in full force. When I walk my dog, I am constantly looking out for poop so I can try to prevent her from stepping in it. Even with my constant vigilance, she still manages to step in it several times a week lately, simply because there is so much. Also don't even try walking on the side streets in the larger community - trash, empty liquor containers and broken glass all over, all the time. Moving as soon as my lease is up and starting to think the $4,000 early termination fee would be worth it.

When we first moved into our apartment at Whisper Sky it was great! However, as time progressed there was multiple changes in management and 'type' of residents. Maintenance also turned over quickly. We were made to feel that we were the problem when all we wanted was to live in peace and have management enforce the rules. 1) We had repeated issues with one of our neighbors. While we understand things are never perfect when people are living in such close proximity, we had our downstairs/adjacent neighbors that were heavy cigarette smokers. The smoke would overtake our apartment and get on our belongings. Additionally, the way the apartment was situated is that their garage was under our living room. They drove Uber and had two small but loud dogs and were constantly in and out of their garage in the likes of 15-20 times between 5pm and 2am. This was loud and shook the apartment. I had to get an attorney to fix this and even then, it took months. 2) Upstairs neighbors whose dog constantly barked.After asking nicely several times we they did end up giving them a notice of compliance, which took care of the issue. 3) Other neighbors would be loading an unloading their car/truck in the middle of the night, multiple times a night, because they were charging those electric scooters. 4) We paid $50 per month in pet rent for two cats and got nothing in return. See # 5. 5) There was dog poop everywhere. They poorly enforced this and then would not clean. 6) There were central/general fire alarm pulls in the public corridors. Someone was pulling these in the middle of the night, sometimes multiple times in one night or over multiple days. There was a speaker inside your unit which was ungodly loud and would often take an hour for the fire department to access what they needed to shut it off. 7) At some point, the complex changed from Republic to Waste Management. Trash would constantly overflow so there was literally a trash pile. This was almost weekly. 8) Our Air-Conditioning would freeze up multiple times during the hottest days in the summer because the system was poorly maintained and leaked refrigerant.

I have lived here for over a year and recently decided to upgrade to a bigger floor plan. The transition was smooth and the Leasing Office staff couldn't have been more accommodating to myself and my teenage daughter. Isaac, Jennifer and especially Preston have gone above and beyond for me. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The apartments are huge and the maintenance staff has always been timely to any requests for repair that I've had. I've been a renter in Colorado for over 20 years and this is by far the best rental experience I have ever had! Dana P.

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and only reason we are moving is for job relocation. Preston, Isaac and (Jennifer) were Awesome to work with . If you want Great Location, Beautiful Apartments and Incredible Grounds then this is the place for you . I wish I could take the office staff and the Grounds with us today our new location . Our Family was Very Happy to live here .

We would recommend Whisper Sky to friends and family. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. Issac is great and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or concerns he helped address them and got back to us immediately. In addition, he helped answer all our questions before we even moved in, something that we appreciated since we were not familiar with the area and/or property. Once again, this is a great place to live and we look forward to continuing to work with the front office staff.

I love whisper sky apartment . Everything very nice

When I moved to Colorado from Florida, I never thought I would find an apartment as nice as what I had. I was wrong! Whisper Sky is absolutely beautiful. I can see the mountains from my windows. The rooms are very large. Everyone is very pleasant. Service calls response time is quite quick. I am close enough to downtown Denver as well as Denver airport. Shopping as well as restaurants are very local. The fixtures that can with the apartment are very nice. The appliances are great. The kitchen island is perfect and the master bath is to die for. Closets are huge. The amenities offered are perfect. Garage, pool, dog park, workout center. Free trainer and yoga classes. The office staff is warm and helpful. Not good management. For example my dryer has been broken for months and they won't replace it

After searching for many apartments in the Denver area I found an affordable place in a park like setting smack close to Cherry Creek, Downtown and Denver Tech. I feel very safe here pulling into my attached garage. Let me continue by saying my place is quiet, quiet , quiet as it was originally built to be condos. The front office staff are amazingly helpful with just about everything and made my transition to Denver seamless. Every maintenance request has been met promptly and thoroughly.The pool and hot tubs are well kept and provide a lot of social interaction. The grounds are always beautiful with flowers, wind architect pieces, willow trees other assorted greenery. The monthly newsletter keep us all connected with tips, social events and ideas. I love this place!

This is a great place to live. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and many parks, as well as churches. Besides a pool, hot tub and fitness center on the property, there are yoga classes. Clubhouse with pool table and many other activities. Staff is great and always helpful.

Great area, the location makes several grocery stores walking distance. The place has thick walls, making it very awesome for being comfy and quiet. Pool and jacuzzi really hit the spot after I go to the gym. I sound like I'm over selling it, but it's the nicest apartment I've been to since I got out of Lakewood.

Before moving to Denver, I spent 6 months looking for an apartment. Whisper Sky had exactly what I was looking for. The apartments are like new, pricing is right, neighbors are great. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with this property. They do a fantastic job of keeping the grounds very clean and safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I would recommend this to anyone moving into the Denver area. Large apartments with garages!

My family has lived at Whisper Sky for over a year now. The staff, who are amazingly friendly, have gone above and beyond to keep the buildings clean, safe and quiet. They are always organizing parties and events for the residences. Every issue we have brought to them has been dealt with quickly and with a smile. The rent might seem higher than other buildings in the area, but so much is included with what you pay, no water bills, no trash bills, no yard to maintain. Free yoga on Saturday mornings, a gym, a pool, a hot tub, a dog park, creative time for the kids, a gift wrapping station, and on and on. Most all the other residences are friendly and considerate. The pool in the summer is a great place to socialize and let the kids play. The apartments are beautiful and updated. It's a wonderful place to call home.

My husband and I have lived at Whisper Sky Apartments for three months having moved from Cambridge, MA. Our experience here has only been positive. The management team are friendly and really work with you to achieve what you want. The apartment is deluxe with lovely features. The maintenance team keep the grounds impeccably clean. The gym is always open and kept very tidy. Even though the complex is close to Parker, a major road, it is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Whisper Sky to anyone looking for a well-cared for, quite, deluxe apartment home.
