The rent price is reasonable and management and maintenance are very helpful. It’s a decent place to live if you’re trying to save money on rent, but be aware that there are some downfalls. The windows and walls are paper thin and allow a ton of sound and cold air through. It can be tough in the cold winter months on the electric bill. Also a lot of the residents are inconsiderately loud. This is very frustrating if you have to go to bed early for work in the morning because these people don’t seem to ever go to bed. There are also a lot of dogs that tend to bark at inconvenient times. If you can put up with the noise, drafty windows and high electric bills, the place isn’t too bad

This complex used to be Morgan Manor, I lived here years ago. I am back now and very pleased with the changes in ownership and management. The maintenance staff is on top of things. Close to town but not noisy.

Aubre Jones Working in the area & was very pleased to find they offered month to month. Quit place where children play outside. Nice surrounding neighborhood Most residents have dogs.

We recently moved here from a nearby town and have found it to be a very quiet community. The grounds are well kept and the apartment was very clean and we'll equipped to move into. I would recommend this complex to anyone with a need for a new place to live.

Been here a year now and every problem I have had has been dealt with quickly..friendly staff..only thing is rent is a little high but it's doable ..but all in all good place

These are the most peaceful apartments in bucyrus, no drama or bad tenants. The only negative thing to say about them is the parking lot needs fixed. Absolutely best place if u need to live in an apartment.

I have been here 6 months. It is clean quiet and close to what ever i may need but not in the middle of town. Apartment has everything i need.and any maintenance requests have been handled asap. Decent place to reside..

I love this apartment complex. Amy is the landlord and she is amazing. The apartments are open and spacious. They are quiet on the out skirts of town but close enough if you need something. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They are affordable and very clean.

Maintenance does an excellent job fixing problems. Our landlord is easy to get a hold of and responds in a timely manner

I've lived here for a year and its a nice place to live. the apartments a huge compared to other apartments I've lived in. the management people are nice. when i have a question all i have to do is email them or call and they answer my questions quickly and professionally i defiantly would recommend living here
