I love the area, 5 minutes from uptown, 10 from the airport, easy highway access. The rent is very reasonable, and 3 bus lines are nearby if needed.

It’s affordable, some areas of the complex are quieter than others, getting repairs can be challenging but the office personnel has been a joy.

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year, honestly it started out pretty rocky. I had a few issues when I first moved in but within the past couple months things have gotten a lot better. I’m thankful for the leasing agents hearing my concerns and taking the right course of action to fix the problems!

Great place to stay i just wished they fix my windows like i was promised and do something about the mold that keep coming back.I cant open them the open part is broke. Other than that. Great place.

The staff and the community are awesome. The staff responds within a decent time frame when contacted online or through the app. The are very polite and pleasant when you physically go inside the office. The community is clean and it's always nice to see kids having fun playing in their yards.

It’s cool here I think it cost too much for what we get here and the maintenance staff is aweful. Sorry but to have the same maintenance orders in for over a year and not just small things major things that run the bills up. But it’s pretty peaceful some nights unsafe around but not too bad.

So far it has been a smooth transition and quick turnaround no complaints so far. The staff very pleasant and responsive in a timely manner.

Love being here decent amenities close to all highways airport and downtown quick 10 minute drive rent is still reasonable. It can get noisy at times and there can be excessive trash.

Nice! other than the one time I had my vehicle towed and one of my car windows broken. Nice dog park. Makes me want to get another. Everyone I've met is very friendly.

Stress free living. Great property upkeep. Great people and convenient location from stores. Makes it easy to get around if you do not have a car.

Overall, a peaceful neighborhood. There are a few things at night, Night, but nothing unbearable just wish that maintenance would actually repair and complete service request and in a timely manner instead of pretending to touch the problem but other than that great location all around quiet and it’s a cute cozy little neighborhood

They take forever to fix anything in your apartment.they will come look at what’s wrong about 5 times before doing anything.you will have to request to things fix about 4 to 10 times

The apartment is very nice. Good parking lots for the most part. Best of all is that the leasing office answers questions or service requests very quickly

Love living here it’s quiet and very convenient been over here for three years with only one problem other than that everything is great no issues the rent office people are very helpful

Been here for 6 months, I love it. Neighborhood is so quiet. Administration is very kind and fast to solve any issue. I love the fact I have a small patio for me and my girls.

Great location. Quiet. Great neighborhood and wonderful neighbors. Close to shops and bus line. 10 mins to downtown. Has a pool and a workout room.

Great location close to Walmart and other local stores. My neighbor are friendly. Easy access to the highway with great amenities. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Honestly at first I did love the apartment, after being here a few months I’ve had so many problems as far as things breaking easily, paint chipping on the walls, roaches in the house. I’ve had pest control come multiple times and I’m still seeing them. I’m disappointed in the way the pest have not been taken care of. I will not be renewing my lease.

Overall, it is very quite and peaceful. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if I made some friends, but I’m still new around here, so that explains it.

Great location, staff has been responsive to any concerns, and overall it is a quite area. There are many schools to choose from, you are located near several restaurants. You are near major highways and interstate.

Great location! Super quiet! Best neighbors! Pool and work out room. Tree lined streets. Best part is that there is a front and back seating area per unit for relaxation and company

Love the apartment, I live in the classic apartment and it’s very nice looks very similar to the pictures online quiet neighborhood For the most part it’s clean there are a few times where I’ve seen bugs. Office people are nice and attentive.

An affordable convenient place to live. Easy access to the airport, highways, and bus routes if needed. The pool and gym are nice additions and the staff is helpful.

So far so good, the neighborhood is clean comfortable and safe. My neighbors are cordial, respectful and friendly. I love my patio space and the lush surrounding greenery.

Very nice and friendly office members every time I have had to had encountered them. The maintenance team has been on top of my maintenance request! Overall I’m a very happy resident!

I enjoy living here because it's Quiet and close to where I work.its a community that I often recommend to others looking for somewhere for themselves and family.

Overall, the experience here has not been too bad, there are some things that I would like to see change as far as the aesthetics outside and the quality of the painting in the unit could be better. I enjoy coming out on the patio and enjoying some quiet time, and I love the location.

It’s nice here we have our own privacy it’s quite it’s down to earth everybody gets alone no complaints I love my community and everything it has to offer.

Just moved to the community and love it already. Looks very clean and it’s very quite. My daughter’s love the back yard and can’t wait to enjoy the pool

Good living for the price. Only downside is it is located next to a fire station so sirens are heard about once a week. Other than that, good community.

There’s been multiple things wrong since we’ve moved in, but the leasing office has been amazing with getting things sorted and being there whenever we have questions.

This will be my 2nd Month Here at Weyland apartment homes. I must say So Far it’s Been Great. I have awesome neighbors and the area is Really quiet on my end.

This community is quiet. Nice neighbors also good employees in the rent office. There is also a good view of the city. There are alot of restaurants, store , and gas stations all around.

It is a nice place to live. The neighborhood is typically quiet and no one bothers anyone. The staff is awesome and the amenities are fair. I like the gym and the pool area is always clean.

I love it here great neighborhood, easy access to highways, a mere 15 minutes from the airport, and mostly quiet. The only issue is there is a bit of a trash issue from time to time.

It is conveniently located near the highway and shops. Nearby restaurants we love Pinky's Westside Grill. The staff has been good to work, and they do their best to maintain the property.

Easy move-in process, great location, and friendly staff. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for something affordable and nice.

Love the fact that the grounds are kept up well and repairs are done in a timely manner. The only thing that I see a problem with is the dumpster area is a mess a lot of times.

I enjoy living here! Was extremely surprised to figure out it was a new renovation!! But that made it so much better. It’s so much room and upgrade from my last apartment.

Clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend anyone to live here and is located near main shopping centers, schools and daycare centers.

I love that the property was still able to contact. Even though she is on maternity leave. They was kind maintenance people. And the assistant manager is dope.

Living here has been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. This community is close to everything! I get my food shopping done as well as other pleasurable shopping that I love to do and it’s all close by.

Newly renovated and I love it.. stainless steel appliances hardwood floors ceiling fans etc. Community pool and fitness center and it's close in walking distance to essential places

Love the community and the inside of the apartment. I love how the kitchen is set up and i love that every room had a ceiling fan in them. Great community

Overall, quiet community, staff has been respectful and courteous. The community offers a nice dog park, playground and pool. These apartments are located near the major highways and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
