Amenities are great, staff is friendly. Roommates seem to have a welcoming and positive attitude. I like that there are some essential shops located really close to our location
- Living here feel kind of like home where you can interact with other students & such. (feel welcome) - I enjoy how everything is so close for me including public transportation - Although from time I feel it here is expensive

It’s been good so far, everything’s clean and nice. Admin is also helpful as well! The amenities are really good and they always have some activity or raffle thing going on which I think is pretty cool!

Moving here felt almost unreal.It feels like im at a hotel everyday or almost a cruise. The community is nice and clean , the noise is kept well. amenities and what was provided was beyond what a resident could ask for. There is only one thing that lacks, and it is the warmth of the shower. I'm not certain if it is specifically my unit , but that area could be a lot better. Otherwise, I am overall very happy with my move here

I’ve only visited to tour but when I did the environment was nice, everyone was friendly, and it was very clean. This will be my first year living in an apartment style situation and it looks like I made the right choice. I’m exited to move in!

It’s okay I like it. I had questionable roommates at first, but now it’s chill. I love the pool. And I made new friends. I wish there were more trash chutes on the 3rd floor though, it gets hard to take out the trash

The apartments is so beautiful , well maintained and if I ever had an issue maintenance was always there. There’s a pool and bbq area that is cleaned & everything.

Living here was fine due to the amenities offered and the quality of the room, bed, and bathrooms, but the management could be better. I dealt with water temperature issues and after months of the maintenance team and management trying to fix it, I got reimbursed nothing for the time that I had dealt with those issues.

Wexler is a nice place to live. Not everything is perfect, but it’s nice enough. It has a gym, pool, and hosts fun events. I think they should add a hot tub, its would be nice for current residents and would probably attract more residents.

Very clean and fun environment and apartments complex to live in. Love how Wexler is such a social place. Staff in the leasing office can be very unprofessional at times. And I also don’t like the unnecessary noice complaints for no reason. Because after a couple times they threaten to fine you, and don’t care if you stated that you weren’t even being loud.

Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience for me. Horrible roommates, horrible managers, and parking was a hassle everyday. Property is well up kept, one of the best student housing options though.

I find it convenient to live 10-15 mins from Sac state campus. I’ve decided to change my unit to a 4 bedroom instead of staying in the 2 bedroom unit. During my time living at the Wexler, I think as a college student this is ideal because of the commute to campus but definitely planning ahead on budgeting would help especially if you don’t want to spend so much living at an apartment. They do have furniture provided so you don’t have to bring your own. I plan to live here for at least 3 more years and then move to a different location after graduation.

From the moment I moved in, the leasing team was welcoming and professional, making the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. During my first visit at the Waxler Apartment was amazing and very nice to explore because this is my first time experiencing my own Apartment after transferring from Sacramento City College, and starting a new life at Sacramento State. Everything is good for the most part. Sometimes the doors of the roperty dont work which get fixed quickly so thats good. Other than that everything else is good i just wish i couldve been able to renew with my same price for rent not higher

After living at Wexler for nearly a year, and after enough time has passed since my initial weak impression of their management team. I have to assert that I chose correctly in living at this complex while attending college full time. Its location is walking distance from school and the office workers and maintenance team are very professional and friendly. I've formed a community here and feel at home while utilizing the amenities. I love the club room and the gym in particular. My only consistent issue is that the coffee machine in the club room malfunctions on a daily basis, spilling coffee all over the counter and floor. This has been an ongoing issue for months and I don't understand why it hasn't been repaired. All in all, it's been a good experience.

Wexler is pretty great love my apartment, it is super nice for the price my only annoyances are their failure to enforce the no smoking on the property, the elevators always smell so bad, and the latch key situation is kinda annoying I wish we were just given physical key cards instead of using an app that takes forever and doesn’t work like a third of the time. Other than that wexler is great and would highly recommend it to any students looking for housing

The managerial staff are extremely unpleasant, except Jacob. There’s a maintenance problem multiple times every month it is just an inconsistent living place and currently it’s unfit for anybody to enjoy their stay

It's nice having all of the amenities and community events that Wexler offers, and the location of the apartment complex is convenient. One big reason for why I give this review 3 stars is because my housemates and I dealt with water temperature issues for 3 months, and despite all of the work orders that we put in, they were not able to fix the issue immediately and did nothing to reimburse us for the time that we had problems with the hot water.

Genereally good, however I do have afre issues. One of them being security can be rude and also takes pictures of me randomly which makes me very uncomfortable and frustrated. Secondly, in my unit i wish think sink was able to move similarly to the one in the club room and also had any storage because there is little to none. aside from these wexler is a nice place to live, the events make the experince more fun and lively and i'm pretty satisfied.

I’ve been living at The Wexler for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Sac State, which makes getting to class super easy. No more stressing over parking on campus! The apartments themselves are modern and well-designed. My unit has a ton of natural light, and the kitchen is sleek with updated appliances. The space is great for both studying and hanging out. The walls are pretty solid, so I don’t hear my neighbors too much, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The gym is open 24/7, so I can get a workout in whenever it fits my schedule. The pool and clubhouse are also nice for unwinding after a long day. They even host community events, which is a fun way to meet people. I’ve been staying with a friend at the wexler because of personal problems. The environment, the building, SOME of the many people I’ve met; everything is lovely and I can envision myself here . I decided to move into a room here myself and I move in the 15. I’m very excited to have my own space and also get to school on time. I’m around a lot of resources to help me in my day to day so it’s very convenient. I’m right in the middle of both my jobs so I’m able to get there on reasonable time. Very grateful for this opportunity because life has been chaotic and depressing for a while.
