Westwood Glen Commons

I really love living in Westwood Glen Apartment Complex. The neighbors are so nice. It is a very safe neighborhood. Rental office and Maintenance staff are wonderful.

So beautiful and quiet here, neighbors are very friendly. Love it when they have activities, especially the water color class and the lunches. It a great place to live.

Very smooth and easy. Leasing office was top notch. Great communication with the entire moving experience. Community is very quite and well maintained.

Snow removal is good in the community. Removal in between cars would be hepful. It is difficult to get in or out of car. A more secure lock in each apartment door would ensure better safety for each tenent.

I love it at West Woodland so far my experience has been pretty good And I know patience is a virtue. I’m just waiting for a few things to be replaced or fixed and I know supplies are rare.

I love living here such a wonderful neighborhood, residents here are so friendly. I would love to see more activities. The courtyard is so beautiful at night

I am a happy tenant , love my neighbors and my management and the maintenance, love the view of my property, mostly I feel safe , I live by the city hall and the police station and fire department. I am blessed

Too many spiders come through the vents. I was terrified on many occasions. I would see huge daddy long legs in the shouwer, huge jumping black spiders on the walls, even found one on my bed one time. Terrifying experience. The place needs to be updated for the price they are charging.

This community presents well managed responding quickly to my concerns. Love my new renovated apartment with hardwood floors, washer and dryer in my unit and ground floor entrance that I can have all my flowers. Love the watercolor classes at the complex.

Although some apartments in the complex have been remodeled, mine has not. The floors squeak, there is no sound-proofing, I am unable to control the heat, and the bathtub clogs every few weeks. In addition, although this is a non-smoking community, residents smoke with no consequences from management. Nice location, but not a nice place to live.

I absolutely love living here. It’s beautiful and spacious but the property manager and maintenance people are all excellent people. So glad to be living in a well cared for safe place. Neighbors are kind and helpful. Highly recommend you check out this community!

WONDERFUL STAFF at Westwood Glen Commons, and great friendly neighbors that care about one another. This is a really wonderful senior community. Plus we have fun activities too. Bingo, painting, crafts, concerts, community holiday dinners!

I love living here, it is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are wonderful people. The only problem I have is the rent increases every year without fail and the lack of promptness when repairs are required. You are safe here with the police station and fire station nearby. I would recommend renting here to my friends and relatives

People are friendly! Though the complex is older, one of the advantages of that is the flowering shrubs and trees are beautifully mature. The sidewalks are great fir walls with the doggos. Westwood commons does not feel like you are only a few miles from I-95.

Poor Maintenance service. I have lived here 9 years, (electric & heat) included. Now at 70, they want me to pay for electric & heat. I have contacted them several times, and they will not fix the open windows, outlets that send sparks, replace ceiling light bulbls or even FIX THE HEAT. I have called several times & I get an answering service, but NO CALL BACK. I asked for a hardcopy of my lease, and NEVER GOT ONE. NOW< they want to raise my rent and make me pay for heat &with windows that do NOT CLOSE> WHAT? THIS IS ILLEGAL DO NOT LIVE HERE. I am a Senior Citizen and the PRoperty Manager Maintenance refuse to fix open windows while I have to pay to heat the outside. LOUSY MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER.

Everyone was really flexible with my move-in. Traveling across the country with two dogs was not easy, but I was able to work with the leasing office to make sure I could move-in on (Easter) Sunday.

While this is a nice community and location, management and maintenance need improvement. The apartment was not cleaned prior to my moving in, even though I confirmed it would be. A maintenance request took two weeks for a response, and the crew has entered my home twice without notification. Management does not respond in writing to anything that implies wrongdoing on their part.

I am enjoying my apartment here at Westwood . I really like the quiet area, sunny apartment and great neighbors. The community has special events that all can enjoy. I would highly recommend.

Awful construction/installation of new floors in the common areas. Noisy and loud. Bad choice for those areas. Abandoned junk car in parking lot. After living here for 4 years, things have gone downhill. I’m leaving!

The complex is very quiet. I have some very nice neighbor/friends. The renovation of the community room looks terrific. Pets being allowed is wonderful. I have the best apartment because it's on the 2nd floor, top of the hill and extremely sunny all day.

I love living here, it's nice and quiet, a lot of wonderful neighbors. Too bad the rent has to go up every year. The maintenance staff is awesome, they are on the ball. I would recommend to friends how nice it is to live here

We absolutely love our new home in Westwood Commons! Beautiful apartments, great landscaped gardens and walkways. Melissa the Manager made us feel welcome from the furst day we went in to apply for a place. We are very impressed. Kathryn Rajala

Residents get no notice of construction inside our buildings. Yesterday folks were surprised to discover they couldn't get to the laundry room, storage room, or out the door where their cars were parked. Today the noise from power tools outside my door was so loud I had to leave. Last month our washing machines were replaced, a great improvement, but we weren't told about that either so too bad if you planned to do laundry that week. Would it be so hard to warn us???

It's nice living here so quiet , the people are nice and I feel right at home. Love the activities we have , wish there were more. The view here is awesome, all the beautiful trees

Lovely living space both inside and outside.The rent is market rate. There are really no amenities, although the community room is being renovated.

I lived here about 5 years ago. See a remarkable improvement since Wingate took over. Melissa the Property Manager delightful to deal with; love my new renovated apartment.

Westwood Glen Is a lovely community. The beautiful trees surround the property making it a lovely sight. It's good to know there is a garden for the residents to grow their favorite vegetables . The dog area also provides a great place for playtime. Lastly, the community offers events for their residents.

Westwood Glen Commons is a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance staff are very helpful. The location is beautiful. My two bedroom apartment is spacious and well located.

Hi, just moving in. This place seems like HOME to me! Haven't lived in an apt for nearly 40 years and am moving here to help my son with his 10 month old. From my first drive thru everyone has been so helpful and friendly! I've met several residents already and the staff and management has been really accommodating. I hope to enjoy meeting all the pets, all the people and intaking this lovely park-like environment as I age near my grandson. Here's to Westwood Commons!

We have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease. Everyone that works here are very pleasant and informative. The grounds are beautifully kept and the buildings are well maintained. It is a quiet and peaceful setting.

Westwood Glen Commons is a beautiful place. The community is quiet and the grounds are lovely. People I met were friendly The apartment is bright and the rooms are just the right size. Management was great and made my moving process real easy. It's a wonderful new home.
