I love living at Westridge. I am tucked away in a quiet culdesac, and I have a lovely view with a lot of singing birds and chirping crickets. I have had quick, friendly responses to maintenance requests and problems, both by Chris and Chrystal (maintenance) and Maggie (manager).

I am a senior and live with my emotional support dog Chloe. We both love living here. It is quiet and management is always friendly and helpful to me. I have a beautiful view of the snake river and the trees provide the beauty of every season. I have been here for 5 years now and I hope to be able to afford to live here for the rest of my life. The amenities are perfect for me and I enjoy that we get special events to get together and meet our neighbors.In the summer I really enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub.

The staff is courteous, it has a swimming pool, hot tub, dog park, clubhouse, and exercise room with some equipment. The neighbors have been good. The only reservation I have is price, which is competitive but heaven knows the national economy isn't helping that anywhere.

This place has it all. A pool and hot tub. Dog run for the pups. Community events that let you get to know neighbors. Quiet area away from the noise of downtown. I've had plenty of interactions with the staff, and they are all wonderful and helpful people. I hope to have many more years of living here, it really is that great.

We are a military family that moved here about a year ago and we have really loved living in these apartments so far. The dog park is truly such a plus, my dog loves it so much. Also, we have an amazing view!

Unbelievable that during a pandemic I would be expected to receive a property to be my home that is in a state of disrepair and not cleaned to any standard let alone enhanced cleaning. Traveled a long way and they did not abide by expected lease terms that renters can feel their health is safe by not having a unit clean and hygienic enough that I would not and did not even spend one night in it even after arduous travel. Would rather sleep in my Penske truck than in there. At least I know the truck had been cleaned!

The apartment was not unhealthy, everything was new, there was a miscommunication that we have already rectified for the next person, which we could have corrected for you, however, none of this was unsafe or unhealthy. This complex allows pets and has a huge space for them to stretch. It also has a pool and a weight room, plus great staff. I heartily recommend.

The Westridge Apartments are located on the outskirts of downtown Clarkston. Within five minutes you can be in Clarkston and or Lewiston, ID across the Snake River. The one thing I enjoy the most, for the most part, is the quietness around the complex. If you enjoy golf, the Red Wolf Golf Course is just down the street from the property. There is a pool available in the apartment complex, as well as a small workout area in the main rec room. As of last year all of the apartments have been refitted with new energy efficient air conditioning and heating units. For the rent it's not a bad deal.

Its probably the nicest apartment Ive lived in. Everything is nice, and newly renovated. Management seems legit, and the property is well kept. What more could you really ask for, in this area?

I enjoy living here so much. Living at Westridge is like staying at a 5 star hotel. I have recommended Westridge to anyone that is looking and now have co-workers living a few doors down This was supposed to be temporary but its so comfy I dont wanna leave

Average apartments, starting to show their age. Rent is higher than average in valley, but this apartment complex allows pets which makes the rent worth it. Covid makes using the small pool , hot tub and small exercise room useless add-ons, and the community room is off limits too, so again, the fun stuff is unavailable for the foreseeable future. All in all, if you want your pets, then this is a decent place to rent from. Getting things fixed? Not quick, unless its an emergency.

Very safe and well maintained community. A bit expensive for being so small. Even updated apartments still aren't as up to date as they should be. Maintence guy very friendly and fast. Ladies in office can be a bit overwhelming and cranky.
