Westridge at Hilltop Apartments

Did a tour of the place, the tour guide assisted me with all the information for the place, nice affordable pricing, it has a gym, playground, and pool, they’re family friendly apartment, and the apartments are nice, and spacious.

Mechell’s customer service and knowledge of her role was superb. She was able to help me with the application process very smoothly, answered all my questions and was super friendly. The apartment tour was everything I was expecting and more. The environment seems very calming, I can’t wait to live here!!

I confirmed a tour that I made online and got a confirmation but when I came to the place I was told they aren't offering tours at this time because people are living in the show-apartments due to construction. They aren't taking applications until MAYBE march and the staff in the office was rude right away for no good reason. Plus the outside is really trashy looking, parking is only on the street and doesn't seem like there is enough for all of the people there

I called twice to schedule a tour and to confirm availability, but all I've gotten was a "we'll reach out to you if we need anything further". It's been a month now, and no contact from management regarding my inquiry. They've taken down and posted this listing back up, on and off, for weeks now. Seems like they're not actually open for move in, and are baiting potential residents by keeping this listing up.

The listing says available but they never are. You get put on waitlist, seems like they just want to survive on people thinking they available and charge application fees. There not current available

The Apartment unit were I have lived for two years was sold to new owner who is converting it to a low cost apartment unit. Most of the current renters will be losing their apartments due to low income requirements. As of this writing, am looking for a new apartment due to I did not meet the income requirement base on my last year income tax return which does not reflect my current income status. I am been judged based on past income status but it is an incentive to work harder this year to achieve the income status of last year which I have already missed. Now as you see my apartment is been fixed up for the low income earner to move in.

My apartment has a view of San Francisco and I'm on the bottom floor of three. You can see all the way to Point Richmond too. If you're being shut out of leasing your own apartment because of the sky rocketing rents in the Bay then this could be the place for you, not for me, because they're turning these apartments into affordable housing and I make too much money. Not enough to live anywhere else though. Everything is being renovated, inside the apartments, the gym; there's even a new club room going in that I'll never see but you might. The neighborhood surrounding the apartments is very quiet. There is always cooler temperatures and a smell of the ocean. Occasionally the Chevron refinery releases an odd smell or two but they're 7 miles away so don't worry about an explosion. You're very close to the Hill Top Mall with it's 6 stores and the 80 freeway. A short car ride and there's the aforementioned Point Richmond with the Miller Knox Regional Shoreline and Point Pinole Regional Shoreline to look at the San Francisco city skyline, the Golden Gate bridge along with the San Francisco and San Pablo Bays.
