Not quiet

There was a brown substance coming from the drug when we moved in. Window was broken. Window screens missing. Pool and work out area under construction. Loud neighbors who sweep soil off their deck onto our deck so we can't have anything on our deck. Unclear fees when you move in. Another couple had the same issue when we were waiting to talk to the office staff about our neighbors. Ducks and geese wake you up at 5am.

These apartments are my first ever and they are very nice. They are very roomy and convenient to resturants and shopping areas. There is also a beautiful lake around our complex where you can fish and feed ducks. The neighbors are very nice and it is very quiet around here.

Quality Housing

The appartment complex is beautiful and even with all of the apartments and people in the complex it has been very quiet. Floors are a little thin but very livable. Appartments are maintained very well. My only item was that I could not bring in my own refridgerator.
