I am a relatively new resident, but I so far have been completely impressed by the staff, their responsiveness and the general grounds and facilities around the area. My unit/building is cozy, quiet and the culture is friendly but independent which is a great combo. Very grateful to live here.

Water leak from the day I moved in to unit 131. The leak was coming from the upstairs apartment shower. I complained for 6 months before I up and moved out. I would wake up nauseous every morning from all the sinus drainage. Most of the time I ended up getting sick to the point of throwing up. I now have over $2,000 bill from them for moving out early. I do not recommend these apartments!!! I had a TV delivered and it was stolen within mintues of delivery. This was the day I moved in! I have a long list of nonsense this apartment allowed to happen.

The response and quality of the maintenance folks is superb.
I emailed about my broken AC and they had it fixed within 2 hours!
I love living here at Westpointe. Its alway refreshing to see maintenance out early in the morning getting ready to start their work day. The staff is always friendly, and their turn around for anything that I need done, gets taken care of right away. Anytime I email the office staff, they respond in a very timely manor. I have recommended a friend to come and check out Westpointe! The staff is always accommodating. They really want me to have a nice experience living here, and they have succeeded, because Im very happy here.

I am only a recent resident of Westpointe, but I have to say my stay so far has been very pleasant and I am extremely satisfied. The staff have been wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns are addresses in a timely and prompt manner. I look forward to my future with Westpointe.
I have lived at West Pointe for 2 years and I have had a great experience. The staff remembered my name whenever I visited the office. Maintenance was quick to respond if I ever had an issue and they solved the issue usually within 2 or 3 hours of my request the first time. While living at West Pointe, the property has been upgraded in several ways, most recently installation of new playground equipment for kids.
Westpointe is the single most pleasant experience I have ever had renting a new apartment. Not only are the staff wonderful, they gave me a gift bag the day I picked up my keys, and there was a pizza in my freezer when I moved in. It truly has been the best experience Ive had with a rental property.

I really enjoy living at Westpointe. The office and maintenance personnel are responsible and professional. They work with me as a team and I know they are here to keep me comfortable and safe. The response time with maintenance has always been with the day, or next day, no later. All of the staff are friendly and kind.

Westpointe staff is amazing! They were nice, well informed about the property and answered any questions I had. Neighbors are a hit and miss like anywhere else. I did have a pluming issue when I first moved . Maintenance was fast in fixing my issues they were so nice. I would definitely recommend coming to live here!
Westpointe offers comfortable town home living quarters with an ideal design for maximizing usage of available floor space. The flooring in high-traffic areas is a wood laminate that is very durable. Appliances are in working order. Subfloors upstairs are creaky but serviceable. Grounds are maintained adequately and there is a pleasant scenic backdrop afforded the town home area of the complex. There is a walk-in closet upstairs which is great. I am able to get a good night's rest in the town home and I was also able to find a place for an elliptical, and an office desk. There is a walk-in closet upstairs which is great. The community seems respectful overall. While some upkeep is needed, it is normal upkeep and the management does seem to be addressing issues of routine maintenance. Overall there is good cost-benefit value for living in the town home complex at Westpointe.
The staff has been so helpful since moving in! My neighbors are all very nice and my dog loves the dog park!

Its a pretty great place to live. Better than the previous places we have lived at. And there is plenty to do here.
I recently bought out my lease 8 months early because there was a shooting on the property, which I understand cannot be controlled. However, none of the buildings are secure or have a lock to get inside the apartment, anybody could walk in if they wanted to. I paid my fees for cancelling my lease and 5 days later they called me stating that I needed to pay for nail holes in the wall and for leaving 2 chairs for the breakfast bar for the next person to use. They said I had 24 hours to pay the fee or they were sending it to collections. I have read multiple other reviews stating that they nickel and dime you, so believe what you read! The hallways smell bad even after replacing the carpet. The police are there often. It is located right next to Relax Motel, which is disgusting and has a lot of sketchy people staying/living there. 100% do not recommend, 100% would never live there again.
If I could rate this apartment complex a 0, I would have. They do terrible terrible business. Sara the complex manager is the most rude, disrespectful not to mention absolutely unprofessional manager whom has worked at westpointe since I moved there. I saw 3 managers in 5 years. When I moved in this was a great place to live, great amenities and a great atmosphere. Now, when you live there, you can expect amenities to dwindle while they continue to raise the prices. The buildings smell absolutely disgusting and the staff does not care about anyone but themselves. Also, each week you will find a new note on your door or the apartment doors threatening fines for new things!!! This apartment has went from a great place to live to a business and team who are running it into the ground. Oh and please don't forget about the motel relax right next door whom has some really sketchy people and lots of crime and they're always walking around the complex! I've seen so many domestics and break ins while living there that it is disturbing!! If you're looking for a safe place to live where it feels like home, look elsewhere!!!
Do not rent/lease. Do not live here. Do think about living here. I’ve made that mistake for the both of us. The rent is ridiculously high for the horrid condition the units are in. Yes, even the remolded units. The staff are the best thing about these apartments; and that’s not saying much. I won’t detail all the disgusting, moldy, stinky, broken, ancient, leaky, pathetic issues I’ve dealt with in my year with Westpointe. But let me tell you, I was counting down the days of my lease, 3 weeks into my lease. P.S. pretty sure a lot of the tenents are drug dealers & pimps; if not worse.
Where shall I start? Shall I start where I was told that I could use the club house if I wanted to have events (small bday party, small gatherings) during my viewing. Or how about they didn't bother to mention that you will be charged $4 and some change to send a bill that tells you how much your rent will be for the month. They make you sign up for this online website that allows you to make your rent payments online or put in maintenance requests, but fail to tell you that it costs $10 to sign up with an extra $3 fee to make your payment online. I moved in and I had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix my air in the hottest May weeks. I had to beg for some type of fan or something to help with it being so hot in my apartment. They finally sent a portable air conditioner, which started to leak because it wasn't put together properly. I had to contact them 3 times before they came to fix the leak which had my carpet soaked. The most recent is my toilet had a piece that had just popped off of it in the middle of the night which caused flooding in my bathroom and kitchen. Due to the water, the water spread all of the way to the middle of my bedroom, living room, and all of my dining room. This caused shoes to be ruined and a bed set that was planned to be put together the next day to be partially ruined. Due to being fed up with this unit I had asked to be moved and was told that they would charge me to move me to another unit because "I haven't had that many issues in the apartment and will not have anymore". CARELESS STAFF! Considering that I have items that are ruined I am upset with this place and wish I never moved here in the first place! No one cares at all! Don't waist your time... go else where because I definitely wish I would have!
Make sure to take pictures and video before you move in or out of this dump, also make sure to take screen shots of payments made and keep all confirmation emails. The above things might come in handy in the future, make sure to hang onto all of the above for an extended period, as they might save you money in the long run. With that said, I bought out my lease and paid them everything owed, and what do you know, they sent me to collections a month later. I have all the items I forewarned you about above, which is plenty of proof to dispute their fruitless efforts. I will not pay them twice! What really sucks is having to deal with this, and if it where to show up on my credit report, would mean even more work for me to do, to dispute it with the credit bureaus... grrrr
My move-in experience left a little to be desired. The complex called the Friday before I was scheduled to move in to ask if I would be okay with moving in the next month. Staff communication seems to be an issue. They're nice, but I'm not in a huge hurry to interact with them again. The layout of my apartment is open with plenty of room for me and the dog. The buildings are older but mostly cared for. My laundry facility is a disaster, as I think one of three dryers may work. The parking isn't that great, as people are allowed to park along the curb, making it difficult for those who actually park in the designated spaces to back out. The price is right if you can tolerate the less-than-desirable features. The complex has potential.
I have lived her with my daughter and granddaughter for almost 3 yrs and have nothing but bad service from the office to the maintenance, and all the way to the owners. The apartments are all run down and the owners don't seem to care. Some apartments have been known to have black mold in them and numerous apartments have had bed bugs. I would not recommend this complex to even my worst enemy. Do yourself a huge favor and keep looking, do not rent from these people.
They are dated, even the upgraded units. However the staff is amazing and has great amenities. Maintenance request are a little slow but they still get things done. Every one is very friendly. Great for a first apartment.
the apartment complex as a whole is not so bad. Website is a little deceiving, making the apartments look much nicer than they are. That being said, once you get your own stuff in your place it becomes more homey. My only complaints are strange smells that come from the vents sometimes and lots of water damage around them as well. Ceilings drip when it rains and I'm not sure that it gets fixed. Just plastered over. Overall the apartment is fine. It is close to work and allows me to save money for my next move. Wouldn't necessarily recommend to a friend but is a decent transition apartment if you want to focus your funds elsewhere.
Clean environment and love the people they are very neiblrly
Nice amenities but maintenance is slow to fix things and every other month they need access to your apartment for a stretch of 3-4 days. Fairly expensive as well.
