Property Ratings at Westpark Townhomes
I live in a 2bd 1.5 bath and it is really nice on the inside for the affordable price! Wood floor all throughout the downstairs and carpet for the stairs and upstairs. I haven’t had any issues living here. Staff is great, maintenance also is fast when needed. Parking is convenient because you can park directly in front of your door if no one else takes your spot which isn’t often. The only thing I didn’t like which isn’t the apartment’s fault is when leaving the apartments; there is no light so when turning left you can be waiting for +5 minutes during busy hours. But the apartments are in a great location close to gas stations, markets and fast food restaurants on 10th st or restaurants in avon about a 10 minute drive if even. Over all definitely recommend!!

I am definitely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the leasing agent at the front desk. I'm not sure what was discussed however it appears some communication may have been misconstrued pertaining to the criteria for applying. I can assure you that we are not in the business of just taking anyone's application fee to only deny them. We look for qualified applicants of quality people, and if anyone meets the requirements of our application process, we definitely will welcome with open arms. Hopefully, in the near future you can re-apply, and you too can be welcomed with open arms.
Previously leased with Westpark from 2019-2020, and I would say the price is pretty good for what you got. Roommate and I were at just under 900 a month total for a 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome. We were able to split the rent between us, so it worked out well. The apartments are pretty good, but not flawless, which is somewhat expected when renting anywhere. Some cracks here or there, some messed up paint jobs. There was something wrong with some brick work, but it was fixed with no issues. Also, they had been doing repairs to the entire area, and it was looking much better when our lease ended. They recently remodeled their fences, and the maintenance team is wonderful. With the construction, some work orders were slow to be finished, but if there were an emergency, they were quick to respond (less than 25 minutes when I needed them). The staff is super friendly, and often try to have events with the tenants. Parking can be occasionally difficult, but the worst I had to do was park a few units down. Located close to Avon/just outside of Avon, so you have maybe a 5-10 minute drive to get there. About 25 minutes from Indianapolis, depending on traffic of course. Overall, I would give it 4 stars. Summary: super nice staff, pretty easy to pay the bills and get set up, maintenance team is super friendly and responds to emergencies quickly, pretty good size for a couple of people, and the area continues to improve. Highly recommend Westpark if you’re looking for a place just outside of the downtown Indy area.
