Bang for your buck here is great. Affordable housing but I feel safe here and am happy with the maintenance staff and upkeep of the property. Would recommend.

It’s a great community that I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. The maintenance team here works very quickly and the people in the office are excellent when it comes to answering any questions you could have and are very quick to communicate any information that is needed.

We love and enjoy being a resident at Westmount. The community is clean, quite and well-kept. The gym is conveniently open 24hrs, There’s grills in the pool area to cook on with relaxing chairs and tables for guest. The lake view when you go on walks have chairs to sit on when you want to relax and get some fresh air.The Amazon hub and mailbox’s are accessible. The Community is beautiful and leasing building. Our renovated apartment is spacious and beautiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall just a beautiful relaxing community, I would recommend anyone to live here and we’re close to everything.

Amazing community! It is in the best location in Winter Park. Can't beat the resort-style pool right off the lake. Suzana and the whole office team are spectacular. My next home will definitely be the Lexington at Winter Park just because of them!

This apartment is the shoddiest, cheapest I've ever lived in...even more so than the actual cheap apartments I've lived in. I've had nothing but problems from day one. Broken appliances on move in. The apartment was disgusting and not cleaned. Air conditioning not working in bedroom. Bugs in the cabinets, on the counters, on the floors, sticky stuff on the countertops and towel bars... The list goes on. What is fixed and what was "upgraded" was done with such cheap and poor quality materials. Monday I have to put in yet another work order. I cannot wait to move. I would never recommend this place. The location is great. The apartments are worth about half the rent they charge. And even then, I would not expect to have the issues that I have had. My kitchen sink was installed incorrectly and water pools around the drain seal (not sure what it's called). You have to remove it each time you use the sink. Also, if you don't wipe the sink bone dry after each use, it gets rust pitting. Also, I have a medium house-sized dehumidifier running and damp rids in each room. I have to replace the damp rids every two weeks and the dehumidifer fills in a couple hours. Also, pay attention and get what the office tells you in writing. It constantly changes. They seem nice enough. They just don't seem to know what they're doing and so they tell you one thing and then find out that's actually not what they should have told you, etc. That should have been a red flag before moving.

Terrible company to deal with. Leaves threatening notes on doors one for example 'we love your pets but not their waste, if we find you not cleaning up after your pet we will fine you". I Don't even have a dog. Files for fake evictions even though a full lease was fulfilled. Office staff barely knows anything and dont get me started on the "maintenance" (its a bunch of non qualified gross men making more of a mess and complaining about there lives then fixing anything with quality) in one month alone i had my sink break 3 times for the same reason and dump water below the sink... the wood rotted out from the water and they refused to replace it. my ac broke overnight so i called the 24 hour maintenance and he brought his entire family with him including a child to come fix my ac.... STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY TOUCHES, THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! only good reviews are because they offer current residents deals and favors for good reviews!!

Christine at the Lexington has been excellent and efficient in helping my family move in from Miami, FL!!! We started the process back around May of this year and she walked us through the application process. We planned to move in September once our apt lease ended in Miami!!. So throughout those months leading up to the move, Christine has been attentive to our calls and emails and the entire moving process. She is very professional, courteous, helpful, friendly, and eager to assist! The staff in the leasing office are very nice, attentive, welcoming, and professional! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and in good condition! The area overall is really nice, pleasant and it has been recently renovated! There is a beautiful pool and a 24 hr fitness center!! The apartments are also very close to many great restaurants and shopping centers in the area of Winter Park. I only rated the apartment 4 stars because we recently moved less than a month ago and so far it has been very good and I'm positive that it will continue that way! We look forward to living here as long as we can and as God provides!!
