The Clearfork neighborhood represents a large retail development along the Clear Fork of the Trinity River. These shops sit in between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and Hulen Street in the heart of Fort Worth. Trinity Commons, another shopping center, sits on the east side of the river. Residents enjoy living near Colonial Golf Course that hosts some of the best golfers in the country on occasion. Residents also have easy access to everything Downtown Fort Worth has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I have been here almost 5 years. The staff is very helpful and respond to your request in a timely manner. They keep the place clean and neat. Sometimes it is a little noisy and I wished the apartment complex was gated to keep out unwanted traffic and occasional vandalism of vehicles. Other than that, it is a good complex to reside at.

I love my apartment! It has character and I love my quartz countertops and built in desk. The management and maintenance team go the extra mile for their residents. They really care about us! I also have very kind neighbors. We are a short walk from the Trinity Trailhead where I like to take my dog for walks. I highly recommend this community!

The management and staff show genuine care for the residents and the property. This will be the first place to hold community safety meetings with local police officers. The social events are enjoyable, and I get a chance to put a name to the faces I see every day.

Beautiful complex, plenty of shade, and I love my apartment. Only issues I've had is it's taking a long time to get my car approved for parking permit and there's a couple broken machines in the fitness center.

Buildings need to be updated. Constantly finding bugs in the apartment. Very noisy outside. Maintenance response time is great. Also overpriced for what is received.

This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life and I’m not being dramatic. Constant plumbing problems, water is shut off multiple times a week for hours. There’s just lakes of water and mud all over the complex from all of their broken pipes. Our windows don’t close and let in bugs. Cars are always getting broken into or towed, and they don’t seem to care. We moved in and our entire apartment flooded the first time we turned on the sink. They offered us a new unit and we tested the water supply at that unit and that whole place flooded too. Didn’t have AC for a month and nobody seemed to care or want to talk to us at all. Manager is so rude and unavailable it’s comical. Currently dealing with a literal infestation of termites that came in through the windows that don’t close. It was like a scene from a horror movie where they all just swarmed all over myself and our stuff. Terrible place. If you are thinking of living here don’t. Surprised the city hasn’t been called out. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE

I've lived here for a little over a year. Overall great experience. This apartment is not too far from shopping centers and is within 15 minutes of downtown Fort Worth. It is wonderful to be able to get on the trinity river trails without having to drive.

The weed smell coming from the vent . Always cutting the water off for repairs . Some people here have no regard for others always being load and obnoxious

The app we use to pay rent is sporadic, and charges appear that have no detail so you never know what you're paying. Everyone, and anyone who comes to visit you, or stay the weekend and tries to use the facilities must register as if there are some sort of criminal not a very pleasant experience. It is a quiet area, but you actually pay for that silence. I'm not sure that is equal to the amount you pay.

I have met some great people here. If there is a problem with residents who should really be in jail, the police come right away if you call 911. Maintenance is always on top of things. Especially if water is involved. They even drive far in the middle of the night. That is true dedication.

Don’t move here. Management is the worst. Didn’t have a dishwasher for the first nine months when we moved in the apartment was filthy and not clean had tons of issues For the first summer, we were here. The pool was closed most of the time due to them, not keeping up with code with the city. they cleaned the apartment above us, overdid the chemicals didn’t leave the windows and doors open and made our apartment where we could stay there. Talk to the manager she did not apologize and would not give us any type of discount and literally said that they didn’t leave the doors and windows open upstairs because a homeless person would’ve gone up there and started a fire.

Great community, pet friendly, staffing is very nice and amenities are great! Tenants often do not clean up after pets should be a penalty for that.

Had several maintenance issues, water was constantly turned off to emergency leaks. Management in the office frequently with little to no notice.

This is a nice area to live the grounds are maintained and the opposite personally are very helpful it is also a safe and quiet environment in order to live the people who have pets are respect for those who do not have them or who do not like them I will recommend this environment to anyone who would like a area on which they can show and the grounds are maintained and it in the rules that are set in place or respectful of everyone who live here I would say this is a place that I would live for a long time. I will also refer this place to anyone who are looking for a safe secure well maintained property in which to live.
