I found Westmont Commons online when I moved from Colorado to Asheville. I rented based on what I read and the pictures and my gut feeling. I think it's a beautiful location and so happy that it's on higher ground and near stores. My apartment suits me and the management is responsive to my needs and concerns!

Westmont Commons is a dog friendly apartment complex overlooking the mountains. The 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect size for a couple and a dog or a small family of three. There are large windows that provide great lighting and tall ceilings to add to the aesthetic. The AC system when activated is rather loud, but is fine if you like white noise. Overall, these apartments are a great, affordable option.

Westmont Commons is a fantastic property to live, the staff are very courteous and professional, the buildings are well maintained and beautiful as are the grounds surrounding it and outside amenities. There is a terrific sense of community here, it is always clean and cared for, Monti and the rest of the staff have been terrific and engaging, and have been very proactive to ensure all my questions and concerns are addressed. The apartment is very well taken care of with very minimal issues that are easily addressed by the clear and easy communication.

This apartment complex is great! I first moved here during the beginning of 2018. After residing here for almost two years I would highly recommend Westmont Commons. I have rented both a one bedroom, and a two bedroom. Both apartments were in great shape, the grounds are very attractive, and I haven't had any issues with neighbors. Management is extremely helpful as well as the monthly events that they will send information out through email. Hannah and Ken have been the best! The maintenance crew has always kept my apartment and the grounds in good condition. When I had a issue last summer with my AC unit on the weekend Josh came out immediately to fix it.
The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Any issues or problem are resolved swiftly . The environment is quiet and welcoming. Loving my new apartment, spacious enough for my kids to play. Nina was superb in getting us settled in and making sure we were good.

After moving in I was fairly pleased with the property. Sure the leasing staff is very curt, the grounds themselves are decently well kept, but then I noticed online a price spike. They are now being advertised as luxury apartments? If you want to advertise as luxury, then I'll rate you based on luxury standards. There are wasps nests and trash all over the grounds, parole officers have been through the hallways looking for neighbors, with winter storm Diego NONE of our sidewalks were salted. Not a single one by the building I live in. I cant stress this enough, if you're looking for a mid-level quality apartment community it's great! But don't let anyone trick you into thinking it's a luxury property. The staff isn't friendly and the maintenance on the grounds isn't up to luxury par. You're not within walking distance to West Asheville, or a grocery store. Its just laughable to make these claims and then get treated like garbage in the office.

This is a great place to live. The apartments have a great layout and very comfortable. Also included in the amenities are a Business Center and Weight Room open to residents 24/7. In the summer there is a Swimming Pool, Grills to barbecue. This is a pet friendly community, stations to dispose of your dogs waste and doggie bags supplied. If something was to happen in your apartment that required the attention of Maintenance, they are on call after hours, and during business hours. They are very prompt in filling the work order request. The staff in the office is always friendly and willing to help with any needs you may have
This complex is decent some of the apartments have hardwood floors which is a bonus and very spacious layout which is amazing. Price is a little expensive, parking at night is awful so if you get off after 5 good luck finding decent parking. Neighbors are mostly quiet except on the weekends which is still aggravating. Also the dog park they have at the complex is a joke. Other than that the employees are super friendly and wonderful. Maintenance are always on top of everything and get to any issue you are having very quickly and they are also super friendly. So if you can deal with terrible parking and prefer to take your dogs out into the wonderful forest that surround us then this is the place for you
