Property Ratings at Westland Park
Lived here for a year or so but had to move out for unrelated reasons. Never had any issues, the community is nice and clean, prices are affordable. The location is perfect with all your shopping and food needs within a minute or 2 away.
This place has the gall to charge me a fee of $200 after moving out on orders from my command. They will not work with you even though separation is on their own contract. This place will squeeze every little penny from you, and even charge you after you've left the place spotless.
Affordable, love my corner unit with vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer provided. Location convenient with easy access to interstate & city. Love all the surrounding mature trees throughout the community.

The lawn maintenance has definitely improved tremendously. Trimming of the landscaping is top notch. There are some low areas that retain water due to heavy rains. More tenants with dogs are picking up dog waste regularly, but not everyone! The cart personnel are picking up trash and garbage from the parking lot. Tenants need to respect others by caring about their surroundings and stop throwing trash out of their cars. Overall the complex looks well manicured and clean.

The Westland Team are very attentive! The men are hard working and the ladies are very helpful. Being an older property it requires alittle more TLC than these newer properties and I appreciate how dedicated the team is behind the scene :)

I have been a resident here for 2 week. Upon move in carpet was dirty, I had the carpet cleaned at my own expense. A/C air handler was filthy, the air filter had not been changed in years, the evaporator coils were caked and clogged with dirt and muck. I cleaned the air handler and evaporator coils myself. I was not told that the patio was prone to flooding that almost comes into apartment. Patio is in unusable state. Management is aware of the flooding and seems not to be concerned. No one has contacted me with any flooding mitigation plans, nor have any been attempted. I have just purchased thousands of dollars in furniture and do not want it destroyed. So far I would not give this community a positive review.

So far, it has been a very pleasant stay here at Westland Park.I just wish that there was a more convenient dumpster closer for the residences that live a on the other side of the complex.

Horrible. I get charge 26 dollars a month for trash and the trash consistently backed up. The front gate never works and they know burglaries have been committed here. The insect problem is ridiculous.

Great location with easy access to I-295. Awesome floorplans, especially the larger 1 bedrooms. My unit has all the room I'd ever need and then some. Newly renovated kitchen has plenty of room for storage with newer appliances that are easy to clean. I recommend checking this place out.

Westland Park Community takes pride in keeping the community safe and clean there always on going work in keeping everything upgraded, Our Community is also in a good Area with assessability to food stores restaurants movies shopping centers and inter- state highway Pleasant friendly staff always willing to help and work things out without delays to the best of their ability I cant think of one time that I never was able to get anything done when asked its a quiet community and thats important to me

Been living here for a very long time now. The community has it strong points and weak points. My rent goes up considerably every year, which indicates no breaks for loyalty what-so-ever. Current management staff is on point though. Overall, Westland Park is not worthy of an excellent rating but "Good" is a fair assessment.

Westland Park is a great place to live. My husband and I have found the staff extremely helpful and responsive. They explained the lease well and made moving in fairly easy. We enjoy our apartment and like that our neighbors are generally quiet.
I was pleased with the overall experience that Westland Parks provided me, despite the noise issue that caused my roommate and I to relocate to a different building. There is always room for improvement, and there's no such thing as a "perfect experience" except from first-time renters. But overall, the staff has always been attentive to any situations brought to them and the maintenance staff have been quick to address any issues. The appearance of the grounds is mostly due to lazy neighbors that don't understand the basic concept of cleanliness or the "pick up after yourself" idea, so it's not fair to pin that on Westland Park or its staff. But in summary, Westland is a nice community, has friendly and attentive staff, is for modest-budget families, and is ideally located!
Westland park apartment complex is located in an area closest to everything and everywhere malls, restaurants you name we are in close proximity to everything. I will am so loving my new home.

Westland Park Apartment is the perfect apartment complex for a Single person no nosey neighbors only ducks.
Westland park has a dedicated team of leasing consultants that respond to any concern I have. The ladies in the office always treat me so kind when I come by and even offer me refreshments (from their complimentary coffee bar) when Im dropping off rent. My biggest concern when I was getting my first place would be that an office would attempt to take advantage of me as a first time renter. Not only have they made the process easy but in one particular instance in the middle of July my a/c went out. They had a gentleman over in the dead of night to bring me a unit to cool my room and truly saved the day. Thank you Bell Partners and Westland park
