These apartments are really nice! Besides some initial issues when we first moved in, I have been very satisfied with living here. I love the layout of the apartment and I spent the whole summer at the pool! The location is great and very convenient. Plus the management is very friendly and very willing to help!

Despite initial plans to move into Westlake Community’s newest building, unforeseen construction delays left us in a bind. Thankfully, Monica, the leasing agent, recognized our urgency to find a home by April. She went above and beyond, securing us a spot in an existing building with all our desired requirements intact. Despite the hiccup, her proactive assistance made the transition smooth and stress-free!

Despite the occasional construction noises, this is a quiet place to live. When we moved in, the apartment was brand new, and yet there was only one complaint, that the ice maker didn’t work. Appliances are nice and if you need to be in the SML area, it’s perfect for groceries, movies, an ABC store, several good restaurants and a movie theater; all within walking distance, although they still haven’t put in pedestrian crosswalks and it gets pretty busy at times.

Amenities, attractive and practical are three words that summarize my feelings about living at the new Westlake Apartment complex. At move-in there were a couple adjustment issues that were quickly resolved by staff. Can’t wait for the pool to open and final construction to be complete.
It has great neighbors, but maintenance hasn’t came per requested otherwise I’d give 5 stars
The Westlake apartments are a great location and I can’t complain too much so far! Excited for the pool to open!
The Westlake Apartments have been great so far. The maintenance has taken care of everything in a timely and respectful manner. Very Affordable and well designed units in a great location on the lake.
Property Manager was extremely helpful and the apartments themselves are very nice.
