The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Westhaven Village Apartments
I've lived at Westhaven Village Apartments since 2016 and am just now moving out to move to a new city. This apartment has been everything I hoped it would be when I moved in. It's priced competitively, safe, offers the pool during the summer, has responsive management, and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a fast manner. The underground parking during the winter is great as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, safe, nice place to live.
Property Manager at Westhaven Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your glowing words. We are so glad to have been a part of your journey. We wish you well in your next big adventure in a new city!
This place is reasonably priced and well managed. The office is quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and well. The pool and volleyball courts are a great feature in the summertime, and the property is well-maintained year round. I lived here for 3 years and recommend it to everyone!
Property Manager at Westhaven Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for the review! We pride ourselves on quickly responding to all of our residents feedback and needs. We are looking forward to opening up our pool in May and watching the friendly competition of our volleyball league. We are so glad you are part of our village. Make sure to stop by the free breakfast event we are having on the last Friday of the month!
The units are relatively spacious for the price, especially in terms of included storage space. Management is friendly. The first 2 years were reasonably uneventful from a maintenance perspective, however this winter the heating has stopped working 3 times (October, December, and March). Management encouraged a "wait and see" approach to the problem. After insisting that this approach wasn't working, maintenance would come out within 24 hours. However, they clearly didn't actually solve the problem because it kept occurring. Management all but ignored my emailed questions about the issue and complaints about the frequency of occurrences.
