Westfield Village is a pleasant spot: reasonably quiet, kid-friendly, pet-friendly, near useful shops, and less than a mile from grocery stores. The local management staff have been prompt and helpful with plumbing and common area maintenance. Corporate, however, has not responded in years to requests to remove & preferably replace several dead trees before they collapse on cars.

After the 3rd apartment hunting we stumbled upon Westfield village. A hidden gem in Centreville. It’s my girlfriend and I’s first apartment together and my god it was a great choice. Cynthia and Laura (leasing employees) were very professional, very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and welcoming. Made us feel like home and comforted us in our process in finding the right apartment space and time to move in. After 3 months in we are loving it compared to other of our friends that live in the Reston, Herndon, and Fairfax area where their apartment prices are high and have rude staff. On top of our experience, the community is awesome. The people here are friendly by greeting you and that’s it (I personally don’t like noisy neighbors) so the limited contact with them are great. Plus the area we live by is dangerously good… we are tempted to eat out daily! Wegmans is only 1 mile away that stop the Roadhouse temptation away with groceries and there’s local shops and restaurants nearby!

Amazing place to live but parking sucks and towing company is very bias when coming to tow cars. The light to our apartment building is always a 50/50 shot when it’s on so makes it feel unsafe. Although. When the community has fun activities planned or free food it’s always a good day!

Paper thin walls, you can hear every single step your upstairs neighbors take. If you want peace and quiet, don't move here. This place has a serious pest problem, horrible management, and all your appliances break down on a daily basis. I have never had to submit as many work orders living here than any other apartment. Stay away!

Convenient location. Close to 28 and 66. You have a Wegmans about a mile in one direction and a giant in another. Gas station right out of the neighborhood to get my morning coffee

Living at Westfield Village has been an absolute pleasure. The attention to detail in the design and layout is great. From the modern amenities to the spacious living areas, every aspect is thoughtfully crafted. The management team is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to create a sense of community with our monthly events. The facilities, including the amenities like pool, a cute boutique gym outfitted with Peloton Bikes, Dumbbells, etc., are adequately well-maintained. The apartments are well located, quiet, and the beginning everything clean outside doors, but now the entrance is so dirty with black spots . Winter time lights are turning on around 7pm , when is already dark.

Westfield is great apartment complex to stay in. It’s quiet and management is great. Its close to a lot of stores and the apartment itself is spacious.

Good apartment complex, well maintained with good amenities. Each month the management offers treats, puzzles, and events, which was unexpected but nice. Apartments regularly checked for issues and outside is cared for. Parking is an occasional challenge in some sections.

Great and easy move in process and the unit is better than the show unit. I love all of the close amenities and it truly is a wonderful and quiet community

Amenities are great. Love the floorplan. Staff has been fantastic. Location is convenient too! My only complaint is that the dog park is pretty gross, and I’ve stepped in poo on several occasions when walking my dogs in common areas. Which is more of a resident problem.
Good for beginners in the apartment complex search. Close to major highways and eateries. Great for dog walks or a snappy time jogging. Convenience.

i recently moved in and am loving it! The maintenance crew has been so helpful with helping us get set up in our new place! Overall it is great and i would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely calm n peaceful place.The Nature trees birds squirrel gives me a different kind of peace here. I love this place and I used to refer to my new friend who is looking for new home .

Great location, convenient to the Dulles Corridor and Route 66. Nice space, good pool and workout room. Friendly staff. Parking can be tight but is manageable.

The management staff were always available to answer any questions I may have had. The gym is always clean and has plenty of equipment to get a good workout in!
