Thank you for your feedback. We are working to complete repairs, which will allow all access to both gyms. Thank you, KeMia B.
Overall a pretty nice place. Much better than others, but not without faults. We waited more than 3 months and after 3 repalacements of our AC system it finally was fixes, and half of the amenties are down currently, but the leasing staff treats you like a human being, so its an upgrade over other apartments Ive lived at, and there are no roaches.

Life here isn’t too bad; I just wish maintenance would be on their game about fixing problems. Though I don’t mind the living space and what comes with moving in. Like a working fridge, icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a nice bath.

Finding Home Again at Westchester at the Pavilions ??? After experiencing the loss of my husband, sister, mother, and father, I needed more than just a place to live—I needed a place to feel whole again. Westchester at the Pavilions in Waldorf, MD became that sanctuary. From day one, I was welcomed into a community that’s not only beautiful and well-kept, but truly caring. The management team leads with heart, and the maintenance staff is responsive, skilled, and always respectful. It’s rare to find a place where people genuinely care about your well-being—and here, they do. This has been the perfect fit for my lifestyle. I’ve reconnected with my adult children, watched my four amazing granddaughters grow, and shared joy with our beloved grand-dogs. The community events bring us together like family, and the apartment homes are the best I’ve ever experienced. Westchester isn’t just where I live—it’s where I’ve found peace, connection, and a new beginning. ??

Paying alot of money for key fab access...no way to contact residents guest or doordash to let them in. Kids are also now locked out of the building returning home from school. Makes no sense.

Hello, we apologize if our recent community improvements have disrupted your household. All leaseholders are provided a key fob for entry. If additional fobs are requested, there is a fee for such. We ask that you please get in touch with the office so you can receive further updates on how to access the callbox system to allow remote entry for guests, minors, and deliveries. All major couriers have community access. Thank you, KeMia B.
It's been pretty chill for the most part of it. I have new neighbors upstairs and I'm constantly dealing with the jumping and thumping. I reported it and nothing has been done as of yet. The key fobs have been activated. So I feel like I'm paying for something rather than nothing. All in all I will give it a 7 or 8 out of 10

I have been living at Westchester Pavillion for 2 years and I really enjoy the community. There are some things I would like to see fixed. The computer cafe is a benefit for residents but it has been unavailable for years. The entry system to the apartments need to be upgraded and implemented. The picnic pavilion is awesome but the tables and benches need replacing. The grounds are kept well maintained and overall my apartment is decent but there are some upgrades that can be improved such as faucets. I give Westchester Pavillion an 8 out of 10!

’ve been really disappointed with my experience living in this apartment complex. For months, there have been ongoing issues that management hasn’t addressed properly. There was a situation with a homeless man repeatedly sleeping in the hallway, which made me and other residents feel unsafe. Even after notifying the rental office, the issue wasn’t handled promptly or with much concern. On top of that, many of the amenities that were supposed to make this a “luxury” or “modern” community are either broken or constantly out of service. The rental office staff also tend to have bad attitudes and are dismissive when residents bring up legitimate concerns. Instead of being helpful or understanding, they act inconvenienced or defensive, which just makes the situation worse. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected a much higher standard of service, safety, and upkeep. Unfortunately, this complex has been very disappointing overall.

For the most part it was pretty good. I just wish we had better appliances and more activities. My last complex had food trucks and other engaging opportunities.

It’s okay since I been here the intercom’s been broke it’s kind of expensive for things not to be fixed around here could be better some stuff is outdated like the washer and dryer it’s nice neighborhood but if it’s going to be pricey it should be better than this and I been here for 3 years now

This complex USED to be great, but in the past two years or so, it has gone down hill. So called secured buildings are no longer secured--haven't been for more than two years now. People off the street hangout, smoke weed, and sleep in the buildings. Management is a joke--they claimed the doors would be fixed by early this year, not. You inquire about when the doors will be secured and you can never get a straight answer, yet they increase your rent anywhere between $400-$700 (probably more) if you decide to renew. Maintenance is pretty good, and the outside grounds are kept up. The front office staff is great, but that so called manager needs to be replaced. She only returns calls when told you're going above her or threatens to call an attorney. They tell you what they need to get you in, but once you're in, you will see things for yourself that will have you rethinking your decision. RUN, don't walk, as fast as you can AWAY from this place.

I loved in this complex for ten years and the staff gf the apartment was very friendly and helpful in all situations. The assistant manager Alexis was always very professional and knew all of my information making my interactions with the office amazing. I would recommend this complex to anyone one in my close contact.

Thank you for the 5 star review and kind words for our team! We strive to provide great apartment homes and exceptional service to all of our residents. We truly appreciate you and thank you for being a valued resident for 10 years.
Trash valet is the worst! Residents leave their trashcans in the hall area with trash in it for days. Management never walk the property and can care less what the residents do. The apartments are nice but Management is the WORST ever. The community is nice, however is going down fast!
If you want to live in an overpriced, dangerous, drug-filled, landfill this is the perfect place for you. If you are a sane person STAY AWAY. Residents buy and use drugs blatantly in the parking lot. I've watched people take the garbage from their house and throw it over the fence into the woods, or better yet just take a few steps out the building door and drop it on the ground. While walking my dog I saw rats eating the garbage that people leave everywhere and when I contacted the office to inform them they said, and I quote "yeah there's really nothing we can do about that". The walls must be made out of paper. Every night we can hear the couple above us arguing and screaming at each other and we can hear every word they say. And don't contact the leasing office for any problem you have because the office manager Krystal will do everything in her power to make sure you have the worst experience possible. Oh and a women was robbed at gunpoint in the stairwell a few nights ago. The absolute WORST place we have ever lived.
We moved here after having to terminate our lease at another community (after 1 week!) and this was our first choice. The community is well kept, secure, plenty of amenities and doesn't have crazy parking rules. There's also ample parking space. The consultant, Khadijah is very personable and efficient. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking!
This community is very peaceful and quiet, clean and is conveniently located near a number of shopping centers, grocery stores, movie theaters and restaurants and only 30 minutes from the National Harbor, there is a library, a park and a mall all conveniently just minutes away. This community also has many entertainment outlets within the community which include a large movie theater and swimming pool area, two large gym area's, an Internet cafe and playground. Staff is friendly and helpful maintenance is very efficient and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Overall great community, with a great location.
It's a very nice community! It's secure, clean, not very busy and the leasing office and maintenance team are efficient. Khadijah is a huge help and goes the extra mile! My only suggestion is that the company look into trash valet. It's a bit of a chore to take the trash out depending on which building you're in.
This apartment community has all of the personal touches of a home without the yard work. I fell in love with the charm of my two bedroom plus loft. It has crown molding throughout and neutral colors that would fit any décor. The walls are sound proof which allows for maximum comfort. The community offers swimming, tennis, soccer, basketball, and several playground areas for children. Parking is not an issue here with more than enough availability and no hassles for your guest with towing of vehicles. Garage parking is also available and additional storage. What really was impressive to me is you can move to other location managed by this same company, maintain your lease and most importantly, 20% of your rent each month goes towards a home purchase with an affiliated builder. You can't beat that!
I moved to these apartments after selling my home. These apartments have an apartment look with the amenities and feeling of a home. I feel like I'm still in my house! Great job for the homey feeling!,,
