Property Ratings at Westbury Creek
When I say don’t move here, I literally mean don’t move here unless you want to be living in a roach infested apartment where every where you walk in the apartment you see a roach. It’s to the point where you can’t even keep food in the cabinets let alone go to sleep without hoping a roach doesn’t crawl on you or get in your clothes. Then lest not talk about the extra fee that just pop up out of nowhere. And the maintenance man doesn’t do anything at all but sit his behind on the golf cart on the phone doing nothing. Our first night moving in here the dishwasher flooded the whole kitchen and the maintenance man barely did anything. Right then and there we knew we should have moved and told them the next day that we couldn’t stay there and got our money back. But we wanted to give them a chance but the joke was on us so please hear me out when I say do not move here.

Do not move here, this complex does not have it together AT ALL. I found these apartments online moving from Illinois which is a 14 hour drive. I am literally half way through my drive (about 7 hours) when I call the complex to ask a question about one thing and they then stated “oh we’ve been trying to call you, your apartment isn’t ready”. I had received NO calls from the complex, in fact I had called them a few times before they answered because they never answer! I began thinking this place was a scam. My family and I were homeless for a week though they said it would be 2 days. They only reimbursed us 150 dollars for a family of 4!!!! Then on move in day I had to call constantly until I finally went to the property where they gave me the keys and the property was NOT ready. Many things were broken and did not get fixed until 2 months of being here. I had no access to my mailbox for a month and though the company was aware of this they still did not care. They fixed it when they felt like it. The maintenance man walks around all day not fixing anything even though everything is broken. I would recommend this place. Try other apartments near by because the area is nice but this apartment sucks. Warning you about the headache now.
This is a wonderful place to live. I've been here many years and the property is beautifully landscaped, they are always maintaining and upgrading the property, great location and the office and maintenance staff are the best. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly to complete satisfaction and office staff are always quick to return calls and answer questions.
I really enjoy my apartment and summer is coming and I can sit on my patio and just relax and drink my coffee. I love the apartment complex at night the pretty lights. And I love the blue and white they are painting the apartments. Good renovations are being done. I still vote for a gated community

I have lived here for over 14 years and its a great place to live. Great location, beautifully landscaped ground and exceptional, professional and knowledgeable friendly office and maintenance staff.
Recommend complex to anyone looking to move fast and for affordable prices. The leasing staff is professional and does a great job with communication and getting maintenance orders through. All communities will have small issues no matter where you stay but overall this community is nice and the area is convenient.
Horrible place to live! Nothing gets fixed. Leasing office managers are never available to address issues or concerns. Or, just brush your issue or complaint off and do nothing to resolve it. Management steady adds on extra fees to your rent without notifying the tenants.
I have lived here many years, great location, beautiful landscaped grounds and a wonderful, very friendly, profession as l and knowledgeable office and maintenance staff. They are best in class, highly recommend Westbury Creek for you home.
Not satisfied with my experience at west bury creek apartments
Westbury Creek apartments has been a Beautiful experience. I love the area and my apartment is very nice and updated. The staff are people that care about residence and made my move in a memorable experience!!.
I am a new resident!! And thus far i sm very pleased. Love the entire team they have. Kallie made my experience Awesome. I had a wonderful move in experience. The office staff and manager are great, the maintenance staff is Awesome. The landscaping is Beautiful. The owner really has made the property Beautiful.
Management does close to nothing. Just had a shooting today, most street lights don’t work, constantly stepping in dog poop, loud music every day, and people drive SO FAST through the complex. Rent is cheap so you get what you pay for. plus having the occasional roach and the walls are super thin.
What i really appreciated was how quickly WCA responded to my application- it was an immediate acceptance and it helped out a lot because i had no credit history due to being 19 and just starting my military career. Staff were very friendly and helped me and my fiancé out a lot!
I noticed that the grounds are not maintained as it had been in the past and the grass is not being kept well.
Ok if you like busy, city like environment
I have lived here for over 13 years. The community is well maintained, landscaped and well lit at night. The location is great. The property management company, office and maintenance staff are the best. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You do truly feel at home here.
Make sure you do a thero walk thru and check every appliance, faucet, toilet, and everything else!!!
My first apartment and my worest experience ever.
Front office staff nice but dont take believe everything they say. Ultimately they dont want vacant apartments. The worse things is the big roaches and you pay for pest control but they only come if you call. There is no regular spraying done. Apartments are very old just with new paint so bugs enter in the apartment from everywhere. AC does not work you have to set at 66 for it to maybe get cold so electric bill is high. Breaks in to your car.
The apartment community advertises itself as dog-friendly but don't let that fool you. While they do allow pets, they do not require residents to clean up after their pets which makes it nearly impossible to find a clean area to walk your dog. The apartment itself is nice and safe. It's an older complex but this allows for larger rooms for a reasonable price.
I have lived here for 3 years. The management has changed 3 times during my time here. Improvements are being made, but it's not enough to keep me here. Good apartment for someone on a budget.
