Great amenities. Apartments are clean and well-maintained. Love the location and management seems approachable. If you are sensitive to noise, I would be wary because depending on what building and unit you have, the noise from the Jones Assembly may make it hard for you to sleep/focus. I am normally not sensitive to noise but a special event can easily cause my apartment to shake which is different than the occasional voices and music I was expecting. Most of the time, the noise is managable though.

This is a very beautiful neighborhood, sorrounded by lots of nice places to eat, walk or visit. money hungry -do not live here

They will charge you lots of hidden fees , especially when you move out. no where in the lease does it say you have to pay for a professional cleaner and carpet cleaner or else you get charged hundreds of dollars. my apartment was very very clean when I left (I even took photos of how clean it was without any damages because I KNEW they would charge me for something as they are money hungry). When you call and ask how they can legally charge you if you never signed that as part of your contract they get nasty with you. live anywhere else trust me.

Avoid this place

If I were you, rent elsewhere. Not only did our 3 bikes, which were attached to a 1/2 inch steel cable get stolen from the gated garage (our guess is it was a resident), but the early morning noise from dumpster pick-up, or homeless people at night or sirens from cops, were a constant nuisance. That's why we moved out after 5 months. My husband and I thoroughly cleaned our apartment before moving out and left it IMPECCABLE!!! I mean spotless!!! It was cleaner than when we moved in and despite this got charged a $100.00 cleaning fee + a $65.00 carpet cleaning fee which are not even stipulated on the contract. We took pictures of the "spotless" apartment when we left; however, they were ignored. How can a lady in the corporate office of Greystar assess our situation if she didn't even see the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved out?

We would like to address the issues that you have stated in your review below: West Village is located in downtown OKC. This means that downtown noise such as police car sirens, dumpster trucks from other businesses, and transients are, unfortunately, out of our control. If there is ever an incident of theft on our property, we advise residents to file a police report. At which time they can reach out to West Village to inquire about any camera footage. Once a resident moves out, maintenance does a thorough walk through (including pictures) of the apartment. Then, the final statement, any final utilities bills and cleaning fees ($100 apartment clean & $65 carpet clean), is mailed to the resident via our Greystar Corporate Receivables Department. Unless the resident provides West Village with a receipt from a professional cleaning company, then the basic cleaning fees will be applied to the final statement. If residents want to dispute any of the fees, the number to call the Greystar Receivables Department is located on the final statement. The West Village leasing team does not handle disputes from final statements. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact our leasing office at 405-232-4000! West Village has the potential to be an outstanding place to live. Unfortunately the area is teeming with dangerous, aggressive homeless encampments, maintenance does not do their jobs properly (or not at all), and the dimensions of units listed on the website are off by half a foot or more in each room. Our apartment was not cleaned and the marble was stained before we moved in. This could be a great place to live, but there are things fundamentally wrong that need to be fixed before a positive review can be written.

We love our new apartment home! The location, layout of apartment & amenities are wonderful. Everyone in the leasing office has been great! Our experience would be perfect if we had a covered, assigned parking space for our second vehicle rather than the isolated, uncovered space on the top floor that we currently have.

So far I do like living here. I love the convenient location to downtown activities and close to my job. I like the view from my apartment especially at night. I don't really mind but wish I had known or was warned how noisy it would be living across from the Jones Assembly. I feel that my leasing agent LaTeshia went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the unit prior to move in date. (I moved long distance- she sent me pics, videos etc). I think it takes too long for maintenance to follow through with requests, although I understand there have been recent changes in the maintenance team. Lastly, considering the fee for trash pick up, we can only technically have 1 small trash bag picked up per night. Anything additional has to be taken to the trash chute yourself which defeats the purpose in my opinion.

We love living in West Village. It's probably the best staff and maintenance crew I've ever met. I highly recommend it. Something to note: If you plan on living in an apartment over the central pool, it will be loud at times and you'll hear music from Jones Assembly. You'll also hear the sounds of the city's Waste Management empty dumpsters a couple of times a week in the early morning. But remember, you're living downtown and this is an apartment.

As of right now, we enjoy the location, gym and rooftop pool. Otherwise, we have been unimpressed with the apartment itself in regards to the quality and design/execution. It appears they threw them up as quickly as possible without much concern for quality.

So far despite a couple issues here and there, we are very happy with our apt living. We love our apt location. The staffers are super helpful and nice. The only issue right now is Valet Trash. Not picking up but they are working on this to get it fixed.

I have absolutely loved living at West Villiage. I've lived in bigger cities most of my life and was missing that once moving to Oklahoma. West Villiage totally filled that void. Between the views and location I feel like I'm in the heart of downtown without the sky high rent of NYC. The management team is friendly and accessible and the amenities and community areas are straight out of a magazine (literally). I didn't think I could ever like Oklahoma, but West Villiage has changed that completely. I highly recommend moving here! You won't ever want to leave.

We love everything about West Village. Jeremy was very helpful from day one. The amenities are amazing, the energy is so great that it motivates us to be more productive. Yes its loud from the Jones but come one its downtown okc where people come to live their best life so we dont mind, we actually enjoy it! We recommend it to anyone that wants to experience the downtown life.
