The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at West Park Village
I've lived here for almost 3 years, I love it here close to highschool & shopping is close by the management here is great friendly & polite the maintenance also good take of issues pretty quick & they're also very polite friendly & respectful some neighbors are a bit nosey but if you mind your own business you're fine. I really like spring is the best here the birds singing & the park across the street has really helped my stress I walk & enjoy the birds & pond ... It's a nice place to live ..
Melissa is amazing!! She answers all my questions and is a great resource. Best relationship I've had with an Apartment complex before.
There is mold in the apartments. Management is a joke. You pay for all repairs out of pocket.
Property Manager at West Park Village, Responded To This Review
I'm sorry that you feel this way but paying for repairs out of your pocket is false unless you, the resident create the damage. Please feel free to come by the office & speak to Management with any concerns. Thank you.
Very poor management they could care less about tenants and their safety! Noisy neighbors and they let anyone and everyone move in, no background check....
West Park Villar has been the best place to live for 5 years. Everyone here is amazing and the apartments are phanominal.
