West Fork Crossings is a bustling area with a constant number of people moving in and out. Every week, there is at least one moving truck in the parking lot. The parking situation is not the greatest. There aren't enough parking spaces for guests. I've had a few closet doors come off the hinges and a drawer fall into the counter, but no other problems. The maintenance guy is pretty cool. The gym is small but nice and clean. The pool area is also great for kids when it's not overcrowded.

The place is great—were it not for some of these neighborhood kids that are “off the chain”. It’s a huge deterrent. This is the only bad things really but it’s not great.

It’s a good place to live in. There are minor stuff that could be improved. For example, the trash issue. There should be a better system so that it doesn’t get over filled or furniture isn’t left on the side. We live super close to the trash and I hate seeing raccoons or animal there. There should also be a better system for kids playing outside unsupervised. That shouldn’t be allowed. But overall good place

So far, I like the community. I feel safe here, it’s kept clean, just wish they were making faster progress with whatever it is they are building out back. I heard it was something for the kids and they really, really need it

Most people keep to themselves but there are a lot of kids who are not being watched. They play chicken with your car and have no respect for people driving through the parking areas. They will run in front of you in a heart beat and ride their bikes close to your car instead of stopping. Parents no where to be found. Other than that, I have no complaints. It’s pretty quiet and have had no issues.

Great community, very peaceful and child friendly ! Maintenance team answers the phone and helps at a fairly quick time depending on issue! Garbage people comes often enough where you don’t have to worry about the garbage by your door staying full but also depends on how much you throw out that day.

Mostly good. Neighbors on either side are pleasant. Not a fan of people speeding through the community like they are drag racing. They fairly recently place a stop sign. However, in order for it to be safe, it should be A three way stop. Also, every car that drives past my place sounds like banging on. My door. , but it has been like that since we moved in and kind of used to it. Very pleased with property management. Lisa is responsive, addresses concerns promptly and is friendly.

The apartments themselves are okay—nothing fancy, but they get the job done. The biggest downside is that there’s not much for the neighborhood kids to do, so if you have little ones, don’t expect a lot of community amenities to keep them entertained. The leasing office staff is nice, but good luck getting in touch with them when you actually need something. Pest control comes… when they feel like it, so don’t expect a reliable schedule. One thing I do appreciate is the valet trash service—it’s convenient. But for some reason, they only pick up Monday through Friday? It would be nice if they included weekends too. Overall, it’s an okay place to live, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.

Maintenance is absolutely amazing! It used to be a really good neighborhood until they built the second phase to add more townhouses. There is hardly any parking, if you get a guest spot you’re lucky. People keep their personal cars there and never move.
