Wellspring Apartments

So far everything is good. We have a few things that need to be fixed but overall everything was shown as the management team said. The technicians are very responsive and they do address your needs.

The first couple of days have been rough. There was a mixup with the door key, the toilet in the guest bathroom overflowed, the faucets in the guest bathroom look disgusting, one of the outlets in the kitchen is extremely loose, switch cover in the living room is missing, and the floor is super creaky. I love the setup of the apartment and everyone in the office is super nice.

Everything so far is good. The maintenance people resolved an issue we had. The location is great, nice views and close to shopping areas, entertainment and food.

Pricing is rough. And also I still have not received our key fobs. But it is a nice layout and a good neighborhood. I do enjoy the location as well!

everything at wellspring has been great! maintenance deals with issues rather quickly and neighborhood is decently quiet. the only complaint is when the garbage trucks pick up trash from the dumpsters at 4:30am sometimes!

Love it here and the staff is great and very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone if looking for an apartment. We've enjoyed staying here for almost two years

Wonderful response to all maintenence request. Friendly helpful staff. Great neighbors. Clean and well maintained property. Love th pool and gym.

Love my new apartment. The neighborhood is a nice quiet community. Love living here so far. The pool is only a short walk away from my back door. The pond and fountain are a peaceful touch to the area as well.would highly recommend anyone to move here.

So far everyone has been amazing and i absolutely love the area and the views. The walking paths are a nice addition and the neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors have been nice and i enjoy walking around the pond with my dog

I really enjoy our apartment so far. Samoya is always so delightful to talk to! I love the fountain and I love the spacious patio! I can’t wait to make our place look adorable

Neighborhoods calm, although theres not many parking spaces if all any. The sink is missing a screw i’d assume seeing as it lacks structure and kind’ve spins everywhere. The living room/kitchen is very spacious and the wood flooring blends well with the vibe of the place.

Living here has been great. There have been some issues with HVAC and water leaking, but they were taking care of pretty quick. The location has always been a plus.

The atmosphere is friendly and your issues are dealt with. Maybe not right away but they are dealt with. The persons who live immediately around you seems friendly. If a package is given to the office and you need that package outside office hours you will not get that package unfortunately. The female by the name of Samauya tries to assist you if you have any issues. But she can do so much and no more. The environment is good for walks.

It’s cool rent can be a lil cheaper but it’s cool I love it. The staff is great. They stay having us an event or food truck coming out. Love love love the pool so much

Awesome! This apartment complex is just so cozy. I love living here and all the amenities that they provide for us. It's been wonderful living here for 2 years almost. And the people who work here are very nice

Wellspring is a hit and miss. We pay for amenities but there are none besides the workout room which is apart of the front office and is also the Amazon locker room. The pool is never open and the community rec center is geared towards the elderly not really the community or children. They never to rarely give notices about anything going on within the property like maintenance entering into your unit. No one ever answers the phone. And just pray your unit doesn’t have a leak or no a/c or heat, you will suffer.

It is a really great place to stay, the people are very nice and friendly. The office staff are very nice and the water behind the apartments are great for fishing

Living at Well Springs apartment has been nice and quiet. We have not had many issue or problems excluding some maintenance issues time to time which were fix accordingly. The location is in a nice area, close to stores etc.

Great place great community and best place to live everything close here and very quiet place! Peoples in the office they great and any problem they fix right away….

Well maintained and good staff with excellent service. Being resident of wellspring I found the everything is near by like shopping mall, restaurants and groceries. It’s my first apartment in USA and had a very good experience.

everything’s been good! decent neighborhood, maintenance is usually timely sometimes it does take a while for maintenance orders to get handled but they do a good job.

This complex is beautiful. That is the biggest thing. Waking up to a stunning view is incredible. I moved from very far away and the entire staff helped me every step of the way. It was a really great experience.

Great community events and staff, minor move in issues that were quickly corrected. Security systems do go off to ward off unauthorized personnel which is both reassuring and conserning with its frequency

So far so good. I like the community. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. So much better than my previous community. I had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of in a timely manner.

My unit is beautiful. Besides bad traffic and the homeless people around I trust my kids can go play alone, no problems in the parking lots and actually it’s quiet.

Location is great no noise. We haven't gad any issues living here so far. It is close to a lot of stores which causes traffic. Other then that its nice.

We have enjoyed living here so far. The biggest perk is the location and being close to everything. The biggest draw back has been maintenance issues.

It's nice and quiet. I only know one set of neighbors and they are a sweet couple. I love the fact that there is a walking trail and it is lit. The people in the office are really nice too. The complex is really peaceful and quiet. I like it.

I'm enjoying myself so far..been here for the past few months! Still adjusting to the place. The leasing office is also very helpful as well.

Great experience, The property manager and everyone in the office made it so easy for me to understand the process and treated me with the up most respect highly recommended

This has been, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever lived. As a military member, I’ve traveled extensively and lived in many locations, but this experience has been the most disappointing. The online pictures are incredibly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. At 5’9”, the ceilings are only a few inches above my head, creating a cramped and uncomfortable living space. When I received my keys, there was no proper walkthrough or handoff, and I was immediately met with numerous unresolved maintenance issues. On the very first day, I noticed the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, with spider webs and bugs visible before even stepping inside. Paint chips and debris were left from recent work, and there were dead roaches in the corners of the carpet. The patio hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the bathrooms were in an unacceptable, filthy condition. The parking situation is chaotic, with people double-parking in non-assigned spaces despite having their own assigned spots. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to ignore every argument from my neighbors. Communication with management has been a nightmare – response times are either extremely slow or nonexistent. I had to physically visit the office to get any issues addressed, which was incredibly inconvenient given my work schedule. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are nowhere near worth the poor living conditions and lack of proper management. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

neighborhood is quiet and i haven’t had any big issues with the leasing office! my apartment has been having some issues of lately but nothing management doesn’t fix.

Extremely walkable trails and very nice staff. Prompt reply to heater issue which was resolved within hours of the call. Excellent apartment so far in just one week. Thank you.

The community itself is beautiful but the communication between management could be better. Lots of back and forth due to miscommunication or lack there of.

An okay place to live. Maintenance issues take forever to fix and getting a straight answer on things is hard. Having to ask multiple times for things to get fixed.

Despite beginning issues, the problems were resolved quickly. Outside of that, the apartment, and the upgrades are nice. I love my new place.

Not good. Apartment number changed twice, the second time just a day before move in. Had to change the addresses on all my utilities and insurance. Only gave us one key for a two bedroom apartment. Kept inaccurately drafting the lease. I could go on.

Parking is problematic and it seems as though non residents may be occupying parking spaces. I have to park about 100 yards from my front door at times and it is difficult taking groceries into my house or loading and I’ll equipment and luggage

It's being good so far. But dryer doesn't work since day one. None solve it. The experience is great. People are kind, and it's a good place to live in....

Very nice people. Older building that has been renovated and still shows it in some places. Definitely shows in some places. But has brand new appliances and counters. Nice neighborhood with plenty to do in the area.

Enjoyed my stay here at Wellspring Apartments. Attentive and clean. Staff are helpful at fixing problems you have and it is quiet and safe in the community.

Maintenance has been awful. They take so long to come, leave no indication they were there, and leave a mess for you to clean up after them. Office staff no longer replies to any emails. Pool deck has also deteriorated with only 4 solid lounge chairs remaining. The rest all have massive holes. Also, all the plumbing has began leaking as all the rust has caught up to it .

Just moved in a few days and so far it has been a great experience. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything you need. We think we will really enjoy it here.

Good so far. We like living and being here and the people are so nice. Its really cozy and very quiet here. Could use some work with maintenance, but so far so good with everything else.

I've been here 2 years now. The staff have been friendly, and the few maintenance issues I've had have been handled in an acceptable amount of time. They have a locker for packages which is great; however, anything oversized gets put in the office which is only accessible during business hours. I have one of the non-renovated apartments and it's fine for what it is, if a tad expensive. If you're expecting them all to look like the promo picture/show apartment you'll be disappointed. Location is great - lots of traffic certain times of the year can add 5-15 minutes, but almost everything in Columbia/Lexington is a 20-25 minute drive. Almost anything you want is really close and it is a fairly quiet location. This is not a handicapped-friendly complex, at least not in my experience. There is a curb to step up to get to the sidewalk before stepping up again to a ramp, and then 2 stairs to get to the "ground level" apartment. There are separate sections of the complex, and while there is a non-step path to get to the leasing office and pool area, it is sloped downhill at an angle and could be difficult to navigate without an electric chair.

They seem to respond quickly when things go wrong, but I’ve heard nightmares from other residents of months without a working washer! Something we pay for. Our neighbors leave their trash can out front 24/7 and no one fines them or makes them stop. Trash around parking lot is a mess.

Great place to stay! Beautiful location. Right off the interstate with wonderful amenities! I’ve been here for over a year and there is great communication with the staff. The apartments are modern with and open space concept.

.y experience while living at Wellspring has been good. I love the rewards programs and the amenities that they have. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for anyone with small children. However I would like Maintenance to be a tad quicker although I do understand being short staffed.

Unfortunately, my experience this year has not been good. I have not had a working ac since November of 2023 (it is now almost June of 2024). I have put in 7 emergency work orders to have it fixed (takes 3 to 4 days to come out) and gone into the office 3 times and it still doesn't work. Communication with the front office has been poor. When I do get an update about what is being done about it I have ro chase them down to get it or I get "Let me check on that and get back to you.", which means I have to chase them down again. When the ac repair guys finally come, they just drill a big hole in the wall and didn't seal it or close it off, now I am paying for a one bedroom and can't use the bedroom because it 90° in there and the portable ac can't cool the entire unit. I will be leaving as soon as possible.

I enjoy living here, it is close to major grocery stores, gyms, and trails. Downtown Columbia is close and the highway is accessible. Very quite and clean place to live.
