Property Ratings at Wells Street Station
Im a resident at Wells Street Station. They opened this building waaay to early. Ive had so many workers in and out of my apartment since I moved in (August 2015) that Im ready to start looking at other places. Last week alone there was someone in my apartment 3 days out of the week. I also work from home so you can see where this presents a major problem. I still have a major issue that has been going on since October and it has yet to be fixed. My advice is to give this place a while until they fix things, unless you want to be living with maintainanc workers

Although appliances are not brand new, they work. And if they don't, the groundskeeper has a great response time. Location is awesome! Park, recreational path, a respectable tavern and restaurants are all just a block away. Low rent for spacious 2 bedroom living area.
