Property Ratings at Wellington Woods
The property and product were both clean and beautiful! Bobbie was exceptional over the phone and even more so in person! I was extremely impressed when on our way to see the apartment, she stopped , got out of her truck to remove trash! It was absolutely refreshing to see excellence being displayed on all levels! Great job Ms. Bobbie! Keep up the good work and thank you!!!
The apartments are roach infested, cars get broken into,they do not shovel in winter or put salt down. They say they spray for bugs bit they do not. The maintenance came into my apartment while I was home and placed a card on the inside of my front door that said Orkin was here bit they never even came is to spray. I was home all day but when I went to leave my home later that day..I found that they opened my front door and put a card on my stairs that said Orkingk was there. They never even came up the apartment steps. So they even lie and say they spray. This apartment complex is probably like living in a project housing development. Its horrible . Also there is no where to park in the evening.
