Property Ratings at Wellington Ridge
This is by far one of the best apartment complex around this area! The people at the leasing office are always welcoming and accommodating, they actually care about the current residents, our experience with other apartments complexes have been the opposite of it, usually they will just put on a fake smile to get you sign the lease and once that's done, they wouldn't care about your needs anymore, most of them are usually rude and wouldn't help when you need any maintenance work done. But they have a different approach at the Wellington Ridge leasing office. Celia helped us throughout the leasing and moving process professionally. We had a minor issue at the unit and she scheduled the maintenance right away to get it fixed even though we weren't able to accommodate it. Overall the moving in process has been smooth and we have the peace of mind that if we experience any sort of maintenance issues in the future the management will get it done right away.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management puts up a great face for the property. I have had water leaks and growing mold from my first unit. I made complaints for several weeks until I had to threaten to get an outside source to check for mold, then they moved me into another building. It was infested with roaches. I reported it to the property manager she told me that she forgot to tell maintenance to spray the apartment before I moved in. My car has been broken into. It has been several gun shootings in this complex. The building that I was moved into has been vandalized several times and the gate is always broken. The maintenance staff only make sure that the buildings closer to the front of the complex are well kept. I have been in this building for a year and it has not been pressured washed not even once. The stairs are filthy. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I am not a resident, but my brother is, and I am APPALLED by the level of service Wellington Ridge (Lawrenceville, GA) is providing. I live in another apartment complex, so I have experience in dealing with leasing offices and apartment issues. Never in my life have I heard of an apartment complex treating their residents as poorly as Wellington Ridge has treated my brother. Clearly, Wellington Ridge DOES NOT care about their residents as long as they have a lease signed and money coming in. My brother is dealing with MULTIPLE maintenance ISSUES, with the biggest of issues not being addressed. One of these issues is related to their water, and it is affecting his and his roommate's health. They have contacted the leasing office multiple times and reached out to the property manager - each time, they have been brushed off. If you are looking for a placed where your health and living space is valued and serviced, I definitely don't recommend this place!

Although we are not aware of this outstanding issue you had mentioned and are unable to identify who the leaseholder is by the issues stated, we would like to invite your brother to contact our office in person or by phone at 770-923-9662 so we can further discuss any concerns he may have and make an appointment to visit his home.
Not having time to shop around it seemed like a great deal to move in here. Once we moved in we've had nothing but problems with the management not doing anything. Everything is dirty, and multiple complaints lead to nothing. Dirty diapers and broken bottles are a daily sight. There was a shooting last month and our neighbor had her window shot out of her parked car a few months ago. It's a gated neighborhood but they leave the gates open all the time. I cannot wait to move out of here. Don't do it!!!
I've lived at Wellington Ridge for a year and just renewed My lease for another year. Thus is a great location. It's close to the interstate,restaurants, shopping, the gym, banks, the pharmacy, post office,gas stations, service centers, our child's daycare and pediatrician; the possibilities are endless. You are about 5 mins or less from Walmart,Kroger,Aldi, etc. You have fast food chains less than 5 mins away: McDonald's,Popeyes,Arbys, Wendys....and the list goes on. The property is well maintained, they fix things quickly and it has been a good experience living there so far.
