My experience so far has been very positive. The staff was attentive and supportive throughout the application process and during move-in. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The building and grounds are clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m satisfied with my move-in experience. My only disappointment was that Google Fiber wasn’t available on my floor, as it would have been my preferred internet option. Despite that, I’m happy with the community so far and look forward to a positive living experience.

Overall a great experience living at Wellen so far. Leasing staff was very helpful during my move in process and very quick. My unit was in very good condition when I moved in.

Great layout, love the pool and the fitness area. View is amazing overlooking the pool.

I highly recommend this property to anyone. The customer service here is second to none. I was completely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding customer service from a leasing agent Tiffany that works there in the office. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. Tiffany was very friendly and knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions without making me feel rushed. She has been extremely thorough, extremely friendly, and so responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out to call home, you won't regret it.

The staff are wonderful at getting back to you with any concerns you may have. I appreciate that. The grounds are really kept up to date and always looks great when I am out walking my dog. If you are looking for a clean kept facility with all the amenities look no further!

Best tour ever!!! Tiffany was absolutely amazing, she took her time with us walked us around and toured the apartment complex and other floor plains we were interested in, absolutely amazing definitely will recommend coming here! And moving here!

The Property is excellent. Good hospitality. Especially Tiffany, she gave a nice home tour for the apartments and she is very friendly. I would definitely recommend renting this apartments.

There is a mouse infestation on this property. I have finding new droppings throughout my new apartment and I can hear them roaming around at night. I am paranoid and can barely sleep. I don’t want to cook or leave my dogs unattended for fear of how many are actually in my apartment. Do not move here. Pest control said they are in the wall and there could be several at a time. Management is not taking my issue seriously and I am hoping to be able to leave this community.

As an apartment locator in Charlotte, I work with dozens of apartment communities around Charlotte, and Nikki and Cedric are some of the best. They always look out for my clients and make sure they have a top-rate experience. They truly have gone above and beyond for anyone i send their way. Plus, the apartments are easy sells because they're so nice. I hope to continue to work with them in the future.

Cedric and Nikki are AMAZING!!. I would say they are running the show and it's giving a standing ovation. Communication amongst the team regarding the application process was great! During the Hard Hat Tour Nikki and Cedric had everything organized and was able to show various floor plans. Excited to see the NEWNESS in the University Area. Looking forward to signing my Sep. 1st. lease.

Just signed my lease about a week ago, and was amazed on my hard hat tour!! Beautiful finishes and appliances. SPACIOUS brand new apartments! I cannot wait to move in next month!! Nicki and Cedrick were awesome hosts and answered all of my questions.
