My experience moving in has been smooth and effortless. Tania, the building manager, was attentive and really took my apartment preferences into account throughout the process. Everything with the application was completed on time, which made things easy. Although I hadn’t seen the exact unit before moving in, the apartment was clean and well-prepared. It’s been a week since I moved in, and the staff has been prompt in responding to maintenance requests. The amenities are excellent, and I especially appreciate the tech features like door access and internet, which add convenience to daily life. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the apartment and the management.

The Welkin has some wonderful and welcoming residents that make this place a community. Other apartment buildings I have lived at the residents keep to themselves. Here you get genuine, caring neighbors that look out for each other. The property manager, Tania, is also such an amazing human being and has an incredible memory. She makes the Welkin special because she remembers EVERYONE and is quick to resolve issues. The amenities are great and the neighbors provide fresh bread or cookies, there’s also a pool, gym, and community garden!

Building is clean, it can often be noisy with dogs but otherwise, it's not that bad! Maintenance acts quickly on most things and the staff is really kind!

Have been living here for almost 8 month and so far I love it here. Building is new, management is super kind and respectful, location has everything nearby and its next to metra stop which is very convenient.

Love all the community and what the building has to offer! The pool is always clean and very appealing! I love the clubhouse and get to play darts all the time with friends. It is also so easy to access every part of the building.
