The Welkin has some wonderful and welcoming residents that make this place a community. Other apartment buildings I have lived at the residents keep to themselves. Here you get genuine, caring neighbors that look out for each other. The property manager, Tania, is also such an amazing human being and has an incredible memory. She makes the Welkin special because she remembers EVERYONE and is quick to resolve issues. The amenities are great and the neighbors provide fresh bread or cookies, there’s also a pool, gym, and community garden!

Building is clean, it can often be noisy with dogs but otherwise, it's not that bad! Maintenance acts quickly on most things and the staff is really kind!

Have been living here for almost 8 month and so far I love it here. Building is new, management is super kind and respectful, location has everything nearby and its next to metra stop which is very convenient.

I’ve been living at Welkin for almost 2 years and I love it. It is a clean and safe environment with great amenities. The entire staff is amazing, always giving prompt building updates and timely responses to maintenance requests and any general inquiries. Love all the community and what the building has to offer! The pool is always clean and very appealing! I love the clubhouse and get to play darts all the time with friends. It is also so easy to access every part of the building.
