Utilities are overpriced and apartment is run down. Way too expensive for what it is. Everything is run down. Pool is broke. Took 3 months to get mail, had no hot water for 4 months.

You will have a more expensive utility bill than you would have ANYWHERE else.gunshots asbestos in the walls and termites. Save your money and move elsewhere.

This is poor place to live they don't fix anything on time it takes months for work orders to be completed also the rip you off with the new water company that use charging me 135.00 a month for water plus my rent I know for a fact I don't use that much water everyone month. They split the water bill between all the units also they bill your water for the next month in advance. I will not be renewing lease management is horrible

I placed an application and once I was accepted and paid my deposit the apartment had gone to someone else. I was promised to my deposit back but never received it. I had four different people all telling me different things. Three months later no apartment and no return.

I would not recommend renting from this apartment complex. My roommate and I had so many issues with them before we even moved in! They repeatedly told us our deposits didn’t go through even though we talked to multiple people and had confirmation number proof. On our actual lease it said our move in date was one day then the office told us that didn’t matter that they had us down for another day. The DAY BEFORE we were set to move in they told us that our rent was over $100 more than we were told. Even the unit we applied for on their website told us a different amount and we were told that was right until the day before. They have terrible communication. The main lady up there is extremely rude when you ask her to do things that are her actual job. Please don’t waste your time on this place. Luckily we were able to get out of the situation before they completely screwed us.

The office posted my rent to the wrong account and charger me a 100.00 late fee this not right don't move here save your money look else where trust me the lady in the office is very rude and has very slick mouth. I really thought things would get better with the take over of new management no things have not got any better they more concerned about fixing up the other units to be rented instead of taking care of the currents renters.

They won’t fix anything will just tell you new excuses everyday. They have no thought for the people living here, I’ve been flooding my downstairs neighbor anytime I use the front bathroom and they won’t come fix it my dryer has never worked, and my ac won’t keep up with the heat.

After 2 years of waiting for repairs now we are not even getting a response . The pet restrictions are a JOKE more extra large PITS running round here and they do not cleanup after their animals, The office dose NOTHING. So it is great place if you like a run down home and dog stuff to avoid and smell. Been through so many staff not funny and NOT honset about repairs.

They lost my rent at least 5 times. This last time. They added a late fee and told me I would get evicted if I didn't pay 100 dollars. Went to ask them why I have to pay a late fee for them losing my rent and they told me because I didn't get a receipt. It was no proof on what day I actually paid. Even though I paid on time and they put it on someone else account. I still have to pay.

I read over the reviews before applying here and thought oh well they probably got better in handling their issues but BOY i was wrong. First off, when I applied, paid for my application and service fees for their online application, for an apartment for $658. My application goes through and I had to wait a couple of weeks until I could move in even though the application said I could move within the next couple of days. THREE days before my move in date, they call me and say the apartment I applied for has a water leak somewhere and they wanted me to move in to another apartment but pay MORE THAN WHAT I APPLIED FOR because "it was remodeled/better condition". I needed a new place to I took their stupid offer. Let me TELL YOU it's not remodeled. Secondly, the previous review is RIGHT about them shutting off their water every few weeks! Also, maintenance is seriously trashy. I've called about my plumbing issue and it's been three months since and NOBODY has come to check on it. I'm already looking at new apartments but I still have 10 months on my lease.

I just moved over here about 3 months ago, when I first moved, they moved me into a different apartment, not the one they actually showed me.. management is VERY RUDE, and they cut off the water EVERYDAY, at least once a day they have a emergency cut off notice. I was very excited to move into these apartments before, now, 3 months in and I would like to get out of here lol ?????????

I moved in two days ago and I'm already loving the apartment! Everything works great, they notify if something gets shut off in an efficient manner, maintanace is on top of everything and the staff are so nice and understanding. I definitely will be staying here for a long time!

Water is cut off daily, no notice, rude staff, no one takes call or even feels like it. Drugs and shady renters. Not safe, Car break ins. Counting days to leave this trash.

Water shuts off without notice, no matter how many times you call and leave messages it takes at least 3 to 4 weeks for someone to come fix what needs to be fixed. My boyfriend I have called for 2 months to get a new fridge because ours is broken and we still have a leaky fridge. Security is a joke! They leave the gates open even at midnight and if you drive by the security guard he doesn't even look up from his phone. Why not just keep it the gates closed and make people put the number in?

Paid almost 1000 to move to a crap. water shuts of constantly with no notice, upon moving, apt had problems from backed up kitchen sink with black water, dirty AC vents, non working electric outlet, stve that does not work. I called office numerous times and work orders take a week if not a month to process. Unfortunately, I have to wait a year before I can leave. This place is bad.

if something breaks in your apartment, no matter how many times you complain, it will take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to fix. on top of that, the pool is rarely actually open, and the speed bumps every 100 feet will drive you crazy after the first week. live somewhere else
