This apartment is located in a highly theft prone area and is completely unsafe. There are homeless and intimidating people on the streets all the time and is completely unsafe. There has been numerous thefts inside the garage where the thieves follow through other resident cars and theft happens all the time The management folks in-charge would tow the residents cars without any notice or courtesy. My gf’s mom’s car which is a registered disabled persons vehicle got towed without a courtesy notice even though the gf had notified someone at the management office. Save yourself grief and trouble by not staying here.

The tour we took of Webster Eleven, with Parris, was excellent. The building has nice features and finishes, as well as a lot of impressive amenities. Parris herself was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with the high competency of the staff as well as the quality of the building itself.
The staff was very friendly and gave me a great tour of the different studio apartments. The facility was very clean and the gym smelled clean as well.
Really enjoyed the location! it is so close to many key locations in Oakland. There are so many cool features for the tenants in the building.
I have been a resident for one month, now. The staff and management have all been incredibly polite and helpful. The grounds and common areas remain spotless most of the time. Whenever they are not up to par, it is usually taken care of in a short period of time. I have found the other residents to be friendly and respectful of other when it comes to noise and sharing the amenities. So far, the decision to move here has been a good one.

Tour of property was the best I?ve experienced. Parris (property agent) was warm, knowledgeable and fun. Residents we ran into seemed happy to live at Webster Eleven. The amenities, especially the roof top lounge are fabulous. Easy access to major transportation. I?ve made decision to rent. Looking forward to living at Webster Eleven

Webster eleven is a wonderful community to live in. Move in is really easy & the leasing office is very helpful getting everything set for your move in. The appliances are all new & comes with a gas stove which is amazing. The only thing missing is a squat rack in the gym!

My in-person tour of Webster Eleven was everything! Parris is so knowledgeable about the complex and she took her time with my tour. I was not rushed at all and she explained everything so well. We spent a little over on hour with one another and I truly enjoyed learning about the complex, its features, and seeing my unit to be. I will recommend Webster Eleven to anyone I know who's looking for an apartment. In fact I've already told a few frinds.
Best place to live in Oakland. Hands down.

Webster Eleven was my first of many apartment tours of the day and they set the quality bar extremely high for everyone else. The manager, Nicholas, actually gave me my tour and I'd highly recommend requesting him if you can. He was extremely kind and patient in answering all of my questions and understood what I wanted right away. I was able to get a thorough look of the entire community (lounge spaces, amenities, etc.) and got to pop into several units that were available. Nicholas really took his time during the tour and was just an all around fun person to talk to. I kept finding myself comparing every apartment tour throughout the rest of my day to Webster Eleven. I went back to Webster Eleven and signed the same day! Highly recommend this community.
Love this apartment. Samsung appliances, fitness center, roof deck with great views and free parking for one year. Moved from San Jose and didn’t look back!
The apartments ane building are clean, new, decently sized, and state-of-the-art (with all the doors, appliances, thermostats, etc. having phone controls). The location is great with lots of restaurants and near the BART station. And importantly with the deals they have for new leases the price is amazing.
