Property Ratings at Webb Bridge Crossing
The WORST apartment I've ever lived in. It's very old and it shows (though they won't tell you of course during your move-in inspection). My unit had gaps between the floor and the large windows in the living room, causing water to leak through when it rained. The door to the balcony didn't have a tight seal so it made warming or cooling the unit expensive (you will most likely pay a lot more in AC/heating bills than you would somewhere newer). The roach and pest infestation was awful - including a roach having crawled up to my neck while I was filling the water pitcher in the kitchen - but there were also ants that would sometimes march out of the bathtub drain to snack on soap. The water situation is incredibly bad here. This complex has a ton of water leaks and you can also expect abrupt swings between ice cold and near-scalding when you're in the shower, depending on whether your neighbors or your roommate are also using the water. Our washer could only manage scalding hot water (even though it had all four temp options, including tap cold) no matter what option we chose. If you like washing your clothes in cold water, good luck keeping that going. I could go on (like about how they fail to police pet waste) but here's the absolute most terrifying part: the large bathroom mirror just fell off the wall and hit my elderly mother in the face while she was brushing her teeth (check google review for pics of this incident). The mirror was HORRIBLY installed and this is very obvious from the picture. This is how every unit in this complex is going to be - old and cheap with their only "draw" being next to Avalon. Good luck if you're going to live here - it's a horror house and probably hazardous to your health.
Roach infested apartments, I just killed a roach in my bedroom, saw one in the kitchen, and another one in the closet. It’s nasty I can’t wait to move. And by the way, they’re is no pool here, no tennis court, no grill, and no gym.

Moving and finding a new place could be a hassle and a headache but today I met with the manager at Webb Bridge Crossing Apartment in the city of Alpharetta her name was Mrs. Simmons. The young lady was was very punctual,showed me exactly what apartments I asked to see, she had all the paper works in order to sign, very knowledgeable about the area and a delight to deal with, exactly what anyone would want in management especially if they are going live on the apartment complex. The transaction was so smooth I signed my lease and still had time to grab lunch during my hour long break. Mrs. Simmons received an A for excellent customer service. New Resident John Kemp

I've lived at Webb Bridge Crossing entering into my 3rd year living at the property. Location to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta make WBC dollar for dollar the amenities and proximity to 400 and all things Alpharetta this is the best value. My view overlooks a wooded area. Its quite and neighbors are nice. Now dont get me wrong. Rent or own every place has its warts but if being centrally located is important you owe it to yourself to check it out. Current management goes above and beyond to meet reasonable request.

The apartment itself is very and surprisingly large. The neighborhood is very nice as are the neighbors (lots of families). The only problem we had was our microwave (that came with the apartment) died but they had someone out super fast to fix. Overall maintenance was on point and came out usually the next day. Definitely would recommend this place to others :D
