Quiet, comfy and close to Knight Park

I’ve been a resident here for 15 years and have had a positive experience. It’s a quiet community with responsive maintenance and a great location near Knight Park. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

Might as well be abandoned.

Worse than the deepest circle of hell. Terrible property management, maintenance requests either get canceled or deleted without any notice, and my car was stolen right out front of the building. Its not all bad though. There's a gym that no one can use and you get a garage that doesn't lock and is filled with trash.

Do not rent

Management is terrible. They allow maintenance to walk in to apartments even after being told I did not consent to them entering without me there (someone was home 90% of the time). I was in my bedroom and heard maintenance enter my apartment and was terrified. The people that run the office are never there and when you call they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Rent has gone up almost $400 in a year while some tenants are paying half of that. There are always people screaming at 3 or 4 in the morning no matter the day of the week. The renovated apartments are not worth what they are charging, everything is done with a short cut. My windows were not sealed properly, which made the entire apartment freezing, while still having to increase the thermostat which made the electric bill hire. Literally throwing your money out the window.

I would not recommend

The apartments are way too small for the amount of rent charged. Some tenants are rude, my upstairs neighbor came to me arguing and cussing because she didn’t “like” my dog. There’s not a lot of parking space available, also management is not friendly.
