Where do I start

Stephanie is friendly and kind, Matt is a superb maintenance guy, and The on call guy Joe is very knowledgeable as well. But my neighbors are from hell I live on the outside of the East building and they always have people coming all time of day and blocking parking always loud and downright awful.

Fantastic

Pool is always sparkling, grass always looks luscious and green! Office person is friendly and polite. Maintenance gets to your work in a quick and timely manner. Would recommend!

Felt at home right away.

I moved out here from Chicago to Mesa Arizona I wasn’t expecting to have my little apartment make me feel so welcome that I would sleep soundly on the first night but it did. I really feel at home here. The management team is really responsive anytime I needed them. It is a very cozy place I can’t wait to get home after a hard days work. The neighbors are really nice and the neighborhood Has a casual urban feel which makes me feel at home also.

I've lived her a few years and love it. The maintenance guy Matt is so nice and helpful. Shows up within a very reasonable time frame and gets the job done right. The Property Manager Stephanie is always helpful.

Peaceful Home

I stayed here till I moved out of state...Stephanie the manager is very friendly and always have a solution to every problem... the maintenance team are top-notch and always available.. the vicinity is very neat.. I felt absolute peace throughout my rent period

Come Live with us!

I have lived at these apartments for close to a year and I have nothing but great things to say. Stephanie in the front office is super easy going and always finds solutions to issues. If you guys want a calm safe environment it's the place to be. Also bigg bigg deal maintenance is always on time! Come check us out.

Home Sweet Home

I've lived here for over 1 1/2 yrs and I have not had any issues. Maintenance is always on property to fix any issues and Stephanie at the front office is sweet and very nice, she's always willing to assist with any issues. The place is well keep and neighbors are nice. Stephanie and George you are appreciated. Thank you for all you do.

North Country Club Apartments

I lived here for over a year. The maintenance guy is so rude and doesn't fix anything in my apartment. If you call him after 5pm for an emergency forget it!! He won't show up and if he does he is rude and doesn't fix anything. He always smells like he has been drinking for days. The office is never open. I don't know what happen to the girl in the office. She was friendly and helped us a lot when we first moved in. We would see her delivering notices and even picking up trash. People here do what they want. I don't feel comfortable doing my laundry here because the laundry room is always dirty with clothes laid out everywhere. It's gross.!! We can't wait to move out.

No Place Like Home

I have lived here almost a year and I couldn't be happier! My apartment is quiet and spacious and the grounds are green and well maintained. The laundry facility is clean and spacious, with counters for folding and a rack to place lost and found items. (Quite honest neighbors!) The community is small and filled with very friendly people. Diana is so sweet, professional and efficient in the office. The one time I requested maintenance, it was completed the next day! Diana called to make sure I was happy with the repair... WOW! Travis is the most personable and caring apartment manager I have ever met! He interacts personally with the tenants and is frequently asking how I am and if everything is going well. I am a single parent and I enjoy the safety I feel in this complex and the neighborhood surrounding us. I enjoy my morning exercise and the nearby paths for running and scenic walks. I know why many of my neighbors have lived here for years - it's a happy place to reside! I highly recommend North Country Club Apartments to YOU!

I love my apartment!

I'm a first time renter and I was having such a hard time finding a place to call home for my son and I but the moment I stepped in to the office at the north country club apartments the staff was helpful and kind from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out, they even moved me in within that week everything was so convenient,fast, and great the community is warming everyone is very welcoming, supportive, and sweet. There's a laundry facility on site that is so convenient and clean the whole complex is very clean the maintenance keeps up with everything day and night. My whole apartment looks brand new everything is working great its the perfect size I love my new apartment everything has been a wonderful experience here in these apartments! :)

NEW Home

I just moved in to this property and I can tell you I feel so comfortable the short time I've lived here. My apartment is beautiful with new appliances and cabinets. I love it! I noticed as I drove around that everything is located close by. fast food .department stores etc. The office staff is very friendly and made me feel at home before I moved in. I made an excellent choice!!

North Country Club Apartments

I have lived here for over a year and am always impressed by how quickly the apartment repairs are completed. They are always done on the day the repair is requested. I have also found wonderful places close by to go for walks in the morning.

50/50

This complex is average at best. The one good thing I can say is that the 2 bedroom units are fairly large for the price you pay. It's also close to the downtown area and the freeway. However, a few of the tenants that live here are quite questionable and lack respect for other people's space. Having one person run the property along with one maintenance worker makes it really hard to get real work done inside the homes. There aren't many amenities but they do a good job of keeping the pool clean. Like I said, this place is 50/50.

wonderfully large and small

This is a great complex for those who want simple and large. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are so spacious for the area, on a bus line and close to metro line. There is lots of shopping around and close to spring training baseball. It is a wonderful small community of people who get to know each other. Everything is well maintained with staff living here.

North Country Club Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years. In these year's I have never had any problems. It is a very well kept apartment complex and quiet. These apartments are older but very well maintained and have large floor plans. I love living here because Travis the manager is very honest and a people person. He treats all his renters with respect he just an all out great person also very pet friendly. Which is very important to me my puppies are my family. I would stay here forever but If anything needs to be repaired they are on it in a very timely manner.
