I’ve been very patient my refrigerator has been leaking for almost 6 months I call ONCE a month and EVERY TIME I call the lady says “I’ll send someone out today. Today NEVER gets here at this point I’m getting highly aggravated and irritated bc when I moved in they promised to paint the walls and never did now the flooring is coming up and NO RESPONSE. I wish I knew a corporate number to call to report this bc I think waiting over 6 months with no resolve is very patient. Horrible management DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
This place is absolutely disgusting. There were two people murdered right outside my unit. I was never informed of the murders and the bullet hole that was in my front window was not fixed for over a month. They are not accommodating and do not fix anything in unit. The bug infestation is also out of control. They did not attempt to fumigate or get rid of the infestations, so I had to do it myself. 0/10 would not recommend.
I have been here for a year. I have literally seen this property diminish since Jayma left. She was awesome; since, then we have had over 4 property managers. I have been advising the office and home office that my plumbing is messed up in the kitchen and that my tiles are coming up in the living room and kitchen. They send people to look at it but there is no resolve. When I say look at it. That is all they do. The office is constantly saying "we are working on it." They are doing a lot of move in specials because 2 people were killed out here. We have a gate that they advised would start closing for safety but that has not happened either. They have specials because almost everyone is moving out as soon as their lease is up and some are not waiting for their lease. I have been patient about this concern in my kitchen and living room but after 6 months. I have become highly aggravated. I have never been late on rent. I do not understand why this property is being mishandled like this by the owners and not handled with care and appreciation to it's faithful residents.
I have lived at Waverly Pointe for two years and the recent change in management has been a breath of fresh air. Jayma has been what this community needed. She is actually here and listens. I am having to relocate for work reasons and not looking forward to it. I have found my home here.

I am very happy here. Everything looks good and if I’ve had a problem in my apartment they always get it taken care of. I really like the new manager. She always answers my questions and is always so nice. I’m really glad they got rid of that other guy, he never did anything to help me. I hope things keep getting better. I like living here and don’t want to move.

I’m really not sure why these people are having so many issues. I’ve lived here over 5 yrs and I can say that since the new manager started things started getting taken care of. The previous manager would never complete my maintenance request or address any of my concerns. The new manager has come in a cleaned this place up very nice. It’s quite and clean and if I’ve had an issues they have been taken care of promptly. I’m glad to call this place my home. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon.

Maintenance doesn’t do very well as far as repair. The repairs are half done and I have yet to get anyone to come and finish what they’ve started. Second, there’s something in the roof of the apartment that makes horrible loud noises at night and sounds like it’s digging it’s way into the apartment . I’ve called and addressed the office manager and she only told me they were squirrels trying to get warm. Well this is every night and I’m not getting any sleep!! I’m having to get a room to get the proper sleep that I need! I do not recommend these apartments, they need to be torn down, they are not worth your money. Ever since this new company took over it’s been horrible.

I miss the old team , they didn’t tolerate none of the shenanigans that go on now !!!! Simple upkeep and task are becoming more & more difficult!! They don’t care and it’s showing in behaviors and the overall keep of the property !!! Money is all they want and they want you to shut up and tolerate !! It’s been sad to watch , I really miss old team before MMGT took over , the team before this one was remarkable!!!!!

Management Doesn’t Care about nothing , not visible and hasn’t set a standard and it shows !!! It’s been sad to watch !!! New management took over this year and price went up and quality went down. What was once a quite community is slowly turning into the hood. Quite Until it gets dark. Parking is limited because of none residence parking leaving their cars. Previous Mangers were great! Will most definitely be moving this year.

Managed Very Before This New Team Took Over In 2020 ( Meridian Management Group ) , Previous Management Were Awesome But This New Raise Prices and Decreased In Standards !! New Team Doesn’t really seem to care ( Curb Appeal Grounds Are Starting To Look Horrible and property overall Has decreased tremendously, lawns not being keep up , cleanliness has went down tremendously ). It has been sad for me to watch !!!

It is a good apartment we moved from Texas and came right to these apartments we have met good people here and we love it.
I love the location of Waverly Pointe. Very quiet area. Rooms are a nice size. Proerty management and maintenance is always avaible when needed.
