Property Ratings at ReNew Water's Edge
It’s so good and i am appreciate it and thankful for it. I am so proud to my new home . I hopefully its also good to be invited more to be here .
So far so good. Its been very pleasant living here. It's not too noisy, but does get noisy occasionally. The apartment is comfortable, except for the spiders that frequent the place. The only thing that I don't like is the spiders in and around the stairwell, but i guess life can't be perfect.
I love my new apartment! It’s a great space in a safe area. Speaking of which the apartment’s landscaping is beautiful, well kept and all in all a nice place to be.
I love this property I’ve been here for some time now , the staff is super friendly maintenance is super fast with your request & not to mention our clean community. Love the secured new access to gym and pool area great added addition
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment complex is kept very clean and compared to other apartments, there is no overflow of trash in the bins. The leasing staff is also very helpful!
I’ve lived here since May, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience being here! After a few months, however, the rose-tinted glasses have come off and you soon start to see the less glamorous sides that come from living in Kent. Namely the general neighborhood. Just a forewarning: there are A LOT of families and children that reside here. Specifically a lot of kids running unsupervised down the street, screaming their head off for fun, littering, and doing other little things to be destructive while the parents are…who knows where. This is also the kind of neighborhood where you might hear people loudly revving their cars in the middle of the night or two people will be very loudly have a conversation in the middle of the street at some ungodly hour. Don’t get me wrong, many people here are very nice and respectful, and I’ve had some lovely interactions! But just know that it’s not quite a suburban utopia either. Still better than living in downtown Seattle, though!
Staff is really friendly and handled my move in at ease I couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend waters edge to my friends and family good location and everything is so close
Clean, quiet, well kept. The area is nice and is close to many food, grocery and shops. Right by the freeway entrance which is super convenient too!
Every thing at the apartment is good, perfect service from the office and condussive environment for both individual and family residents. Kudos kudos kudos
What i like, the place is clean. What i don't like, it takes too long to repair stuff. Not being too hard, because maybe several persons need things to be replaced.
ReNew Water’s Edge It's a nice place to live, your maintenance team always strives to keep everything in order. If residents were more aware of garbage management, we would help with the appearance of the place
I’ve only been here a short while, but this is hands down my favorite apartment complex I’ve stayed at. Coming from living in Seattle for years and moving here, it’s so refreshing to be away from the hustle and bustle of it all and feel part of a quiet, laid back community. It sort of feels like its own little neighborhood, as opposed to just one big complex, which is nice and definitely gives off a cozy suburban vibe. Everyone is courteous and respects each other, you feel very safe, and it’s just all around a different pace of life here. While yes, there were a few maintenance issues that required attention upon moving in, the maintenance team is honestly so quick to respond—they’ve been fantastic! It very much feels like a well-oiled machine here. You’re also situated in a nice part of Kent surrounded by other condo and townhome communities, plus beautiful nearby trails. It truly is like a quiet little oasis here.
great apartment, from viewing to lease application to move in was very easy and less stressful. environment is super quiet and peaceful. would definitely recommend
Easy move in process, however there are a lot of different places to sign up for and put documents. Can be easy to lose track of what all is needed. The community is nice and well kept.
I was assisted by Jennifer in my move in process. It was definitely one of the quickest processes I’ve ever done. She was super responsive with any questions I may have had, and she’s also super nice! The apartment complex is great, I love the neighborhood and I love the place!
Living at this apartment community has been a good experience overall. The location is convenient, and the surroundings are well-maintained. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time. The amenities are decent, though some upgrades could enhance the overall living experience.
Love the compounds. Hate that the amenities are still I under construction. Love the location and proximity to Kent station which has lots of shops and food courts. Also love how easy I can get to the sounder train station from here. Enjoy walks around the apartment and love the scenery of water
The time I have been living here I like it. Would like a better gym and miss the duck pond canopy. Maybe little more amenities for residents who have been here longer.
I’ve been living here for ten years now and I have awesome neighbors who helps us a lot. We all look out for each other and our children’s safety. Things have gotten better by not having the strange cars parking in our paid spots, or the cars speeding through here with loud music. New management really brought some good changes around here.
This place is gone from being a happy place to live into a sad place to live in. We used to be able to decorate our doors and decks for holidays as long as they were cleaned up in a timely manner. This year during Christmas I was depressed because we used to have contest with the last company over who had the best decks or decorations. Every time something goes wrong we get the blame for it. Also we're paying money for a gas line that we don't even get to use for barbecuer. I'm not happy paying for something that we are not even using. I think you should pay for it if you're going to be the one to use it otherwise sign in addendum that says that you're not going to use it. All of the garbage that is being dumped at night by people that don't live here and we're getting charged. I think you should put cameras around the garbage cans and the mailboxes. I also think that the lighting in here needs to be more. I often see lots of suspicious activity happening here when I get home.
I really enjoy it here. The management is responsive, the neighborhood is safe, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping everything clean and in working order.
This has been a great place. Stays quiet. Always clean. Only bad is no work out area. Not their fault. I will renew my lease because I like it here
It’s been 2 years now that I live here, I haven’t had any problems with this apartment. The rent is a bit high, but the area make it kind of worth it.
It's a great place to live as a family and I feel safe no matter day or night. I also like how fast they respond to maintenence requests and they try to address it very quickly
I’ve lived here for about ten years now and I have great neighbors, great management team, and maintenance shows up quick when I need something fixed. We also have security so that’s even better now.
It’s awesome just longing to have the gym facility back in service training in the gym is a priority please management should do something on resuming the gym
Very well maintained common areas and great curb appeal. Location is great as it is nestled in a quite community, with parks and walking trails.
Best place to rent a apartments, the office team members are very professional and the areas around the apartments are amazing, we have a dog park and also a lake we're you can walk around and see the beautiful ducks and is amazing place. Been here renting these apartments the ok r Soo many years and will recommend to come and rent a apartments here st RE-NEW Waters Edge Apartments
Parking situation has not improved. The last 3 maintenance requests have been marked complete without the problem actually being fixed. I’ve asked questions of the maintenance supervisor & the manager without getting a response & the assistant manager has informed me that she is excellent at her job (isn’t interested in suggestions from me)!
It is a very calm place and you feel very peaceful, I see that it has security, and I love it because I have children and what I want is for them to be safe.
I thank Kiaira for her time and kindness in the application process The place is beautiful and pleasant, just a little disappointed because the apartment they showed us was much better in appearance than the one they assigned me. A few details that were missing in the remodeling.
Fueron 2 días muy atareados, pero al final de todo muy satisfecho por ser residente de Re New Water’s Edge, me gusta mucho las unidades. Espero pasar mucho tiempo aquí.
Getting so comfortable here…and it’s been only one and a half month! Staff here are very kind and I lucked out with my neighbor. It’s been great! Thank you!!
I love the apartment it's very relaxing and comfy the complex it's nice and clean the maintenance are really quick and professional. And kiaira it's so sweet and professional.
Overall pretty quiet neighborhood and it’s nice to go for a walk in the area. Unfortunately the leasing office burned down so the pool and gym are unavailable.
I can’t wait for the gym to be back up & running. And I wish the pool was open. It’s a nice little community . Love living close to the elementary school.
I love the Waters Edge. The staff does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and they are very helpful. It’s a nice quiet place to live for working families who need to live close to Seattle and Kent for work.
Move in was easy and quick, along with a great move in deal. Maintenance was quick to fix any issues right after our move in. Area overall is nice no problems so far
This community is fantastic! It provides a safe, clean, and perfect environment for our kids. On the other hand, we also have a beautiful lake to enjoy. Additionally, we now have new management at the property.
I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and over all general area. It's completely different then where we previously lived. I am also very appreciate of the handicap accessible sidewalk n pavement.
Excellent service, friendly staff ,and nice community , pleasant environment overall renew water edge is awesome I feel very happy to join with Renew
This place is nice and clean. I haven't had any problems in the 4 years I have been here. The staff is pretty reasonable. As long as you pay your bills there won't be any problems.
I love this complex HOWEVER the new management and owner (Trinity) have tried changed the vibe. The complex is very organic and people line their balconies and patios with beautiful flowers and baskets of plants. The new owners don’t like this they want to implement a cold concrete look. As someone who suffers from horrible depression and anxiety having my balcony filled with beautiful plants really helps my mental state. Funny seeing how the owner just offered a Zoom meeting on mental states and environment (seems like a bad joke). I really hope they think about this because in today’s world any time we can alleviate depression or anxiety with where we live- we should!
We are very happy to be a part of Renew waters edge. Services that are provided to us are superb. Everything is perfect. Staff is cooperative. If we make any request for maintenance, it is fulfilled with in hours.
Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the friendly community and well-maintained facilities. The amenities, like the fitness center and swimming pool, are always clean. My neighbors are respectful and friendly, fostering a sense of community.
Great place to live. Friendly staff & work orders get completed quickly. Quiet area. Has lots of trails near by to walk. Dog friendly. Cool amenities.
Three property is well kept and rules are enforced. Communication is consistent and always respectful. The staff has always had time for me when I need anything.
Its very noisey here. Some rules get enforced arbitrarily. Manager is onsite. There is a "parking enforcement" agency Reliant Parking that enforces some rules but not others. They bug me to get a parking permit AND you have to pay for it. There is a car that has an expired temporary plate on it that they wont tag but if MY tabs or permit go expired they threaten to tow my car. Another example you cant have ANYTHING on your porch just a "plant or two" m and porch furniture, no bikes , so you cant store anything. I get no clutter but where do I put a bike?
There are far less problems than my last community but the same as far as quiet and peaceful. Everyone has a story about something that happened in the streets during the wee hours of the night. It's concerning.
