I filled out an application for this property. I never received any feedback in regards to me being approved or not. I had to call the office several times and also stop by, just for the assistant manager on site to be extremely rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend dealing with them unless they have a change of staff.

I had a tour scheduled for June 24th at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival with my two young children, I was greeted by a new hire whose name I unfortunately did not catch, but I won’t forget the experience she provided. Despite it being her first day, she was professional, kind, and attentive. She interacted with my children, asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for, and did her best to provide a positive experience. Unfortunately, the assistant manager on site made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. She did not greet me, ask for ID, or offer any information — only stated I could tour a one-bedroom and handed the new hire a key, saying she didn’t know if it would even work. We were then sent walking in the South Carolina heat (with a heat index warning in effect) to an apartment with a key that did not work. I want to emphasize that the new hire was not at fault. She was professional and kind, and I made sure she knew that. But overall, this was my first impression of the community, and sadly, it will be my last. I will not return for another tour and will be looking elsewhere.

I don’t recommend it. No repairs get done on time and they have trash piled up outside the dumpster. There’s loud neighbors, kids everywhere, the speed bumps are nonexistent, folks playing music really loud in their cars and more.
I did the application on a Thursday. Wednesday that next week they called me to bring in my paperwork and application fee. That Next Friday I was approved and had my move in date. Took about 3 weeks for the entire process. I got first floor apartment (which I needed)and it’s very nice and spacious.
The process to even try to move out here is a joke! I filled out an application in January to be exact it is now March and I’ve been calling to check on my application no one will call back and they take forever to get to your application. They gave me the run around since January to only not let me know if I’m approved or denied.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come even stay here!
The management is a joke here. Some residents complained because there is not enough Handicap parking. there is only one parking spot per 24 units (one building). Eight units on the first floor. which per, management only handicap and people with Drs notes saying they need to be one the first floor. So why would there only be one parking spot. So instead of put more handicap parking spots in. they are make everyone have parking passes. you are only allowed one car per person on the lease. The car has to be owned by you insured only in your name and registered to you. if its not it will be towed. $225 fee. You cant even have friends over without giving the office all of there personal info. but you have to do it before the office closes at 6.or there car will be towed and the office is closed on wednesday and thursday so you cant get visitor pass. so there car will get towed on those days to. for a new apartment complex there is a big drug problem here to. you get high just walking out your door. the walls are extra thin so you here everything.yes everything. there is a lot more problems here. turn over is crazy. i will be moving out to when my lease is up.
These apartments are brand spanking new! Simply beautiful!! Staff extremely helpful and was glad to assist me!! Looking forward to moving in!
