The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Waters at Magnolia Bay
I cannot speak first-hand about the property itself. However, I just called and spoke to a lady named Marquita!! She was the most pleasant and helpful lady. She was professional but yet in a friendly manner. She made me feel so comfortable asking questions. She made the start to my day very cheerful! Some people do not understand this but having a person that can provide good customer service is one of the most important jobs in a business!! Thank u so much Marquita for making my day!! Have a blessed day!!
After driving 2 1/2 hours to view this property, I was greeted at the door with a woman screaming through the doors to myself and another potential resident that they don't do apartment viewings because "we are in the middle of a pandemic, go on-line if you want to rent. I had an appointment, had my Covid-19 vaccination card, and had my mask on. Clearly they make so much money that they don't need to show an apartment.
The property is fantastic! What equally impressed me was the warmth and professionalism April demonstrated while showing the property and answering all my questions. A true asset.
I LOVE MY APARTMENT, BUT THE WEED SMOKING AND THE HANGING OUTSIDE BY THE TEENAGERS UN SUPERVISED. IT IS A NICE PLACE BUT THE PARENTS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THEIR TEENAGE CHILDREN BEHAVIOR. THEY ALSO NEED A BASKETBALL COURT THE CONSTANT BOUNCING OF BASKETBALLS OUTSIDE MY DOOR IS ANNOYING. THE TRASH IS UNBELIEVABLE FOOD, SODAS CANS, WATER BOTTLES, CIGAR TOBACCO, AND PAPERS. WITH ALL THESE PROBLEMS I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE NO TIME SOON. JUST ADDRESS THESE PROBLEMS.
Called the office regarding this post and they said it was not true but whoever I spoke with was extremely rude and didn’t want to answer any questions about whether or not they had a waiting list how long the wait is or anything
Why must I smell weed every time I drive into the apartment complex, kids running around all hours of the night making noise, liter everywhere, leasing office don't do anything about noise complaints!!!!!!!! (I shouldn't have to deal with my ceiling fan shaking all day long & tenants having guest over hanging out on the balcony all hours of the night) These apartment are new and it's already the "hood" (coming from someone of color) If I knew what I know now I would definitely be living somewhere else! Instead of leaving a police car parked at the front 24/7 how about they actually get a police office? I have my packages sent to someone else's house because of the random people that don't live in my building walking around! This place is unsafe!
I moved at waters at magnolia bay new years eva when they still was building. Nice lovely big apartments. When I move in it was quite but now its a lot of noise. Kids staying outside 24 7. Little kids/teenagers that's still in school. You can they do drugs or sell them. Every build I go to when I walk smells like weed. Charleston county always outside every other day. I don't feel safe and a safe place for my kids. Moving out soon as my least is up. Cops just was outside today 8/15/17. Sad! I don't even let my kids play outside at all. Neverrrrr.
Being that it's income based, there's a lot of young girls and guys allowing person/persons live there that's not on their lease. Walked to the apartment and had to wrap my baby in a blket from head to toe so she wouldn't injest the fumes from the drugs being smoked in the breezeway. My mom visited and couldn't make it to my third floor apartment because the drug smell was taking her breath away. Beautiful apartment, renting to a LOT of the wrong persons
