Far North Columbia, as its name suggests, is an area north of Downtown Columbia spanning to the east of the Broad River. Most of the neighborhood is wooded, but the portion of town closest to Downtown Columbia is filled with commercial and residential development, especially along Interstate 20 and Highway 215. This area of town is also home to Columbia International University. Love the community it feels more safer it's very clean

My apartment is very well insulated. Appliances are new.parking spaces are plentiful. The entry and exit gates really tip the scale for me.The management is very efficient and on top of things.
