So this is a great starter apartment, it comes with all appliances, including a washer and dryer. The location is amazing, although it's by a major shopping center once you pull into into the gate it's super quiet. However for the price the appliances should be updated. The countertops are an ugly speckled black and brown, that takes away from the natural wood color cabinets. The main bathroom only has a shower that can barely fit a petite sized adult female. The guest bath is huge but doesn't come with side cabinets like the main bath does. There's also no hall closet to store your mop, broom, vaccuum, etc. There's also no other windows in the living room/kitchen aside from the one above the kitchen sink. I wish the main level units had a screen to the patio like the upstairs units do. The units also don't come with any ceiling fans. The apartment is really quiet at night, and I find the trains coming by to be quite relaxing. The neighbors are pleasant and speak when passing by, the parking lot has plenty of space, the pool is always clean and the landscape is well maintained. If they were to upgrade at least the appliances and countertops they'd instantly add value to the property

We have been living at Watermark for over a year now, and we are beyond pleased. All issues and requests have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The managers are understanding and amicable. I read the few negative reviews about repairs taking forever. I have had about five issues and all were fixed within a day or two at the most. I waited a few extra days for a part for our oven, but it was still functioning so it was no big deal. Apart from that, everything has been a breeze. We love living here, so if you are on the fence, give it a shot. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

My family had things stolen from our balcony; the water heater malfunctioned; we were without warm/hot water for two days in 50-degree weather. We had to buy a basin and boil water for us to bathe. We were without a washing machine for weeks. The office staff said they never saw my request to fix the issue. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night every two months for no apparent reason waking everyone up and causing panic. Also, flooding is an issue whenever it rains. The lack of communication from the staff is genuinely infuriating. After making a service request, I have to call for an update. The rent is too high to deal with these types of issues. You can save your money and go elsewhere. I know that all places have concerns, but I lived in multiple apartments that are much cheaper and never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism. We have been here less than a year, and I wouldn't refer my friends or family here.

I was amazed when I saw the high rating so I went to visit Watermark Apartment Homes. Gated community, new apartment with amenities, and security patrol at night. Today, when I woke up, my mountain bike was missing on the porch. I called security patrol and talked with Dispatch 102 and he never did anything. I called the after office hour number and the management office are closed today till Monday. Nobody even warned me not to put my bike on the porch, but hey, I would even think someone would steal my bike in a gated community and with security patrol at night. I am writing this review and I am still waiting for somebody to come over my unit like the security patrol and management for assistance and comfort at least.

Let's just start of by saying I love watermark apartments. I lived here for over a year now and I don't want to leave. From the day I came to look at the place the managementime team took care of me like a friend. And it hasn't stopped yet. Thanks ladies. REBECCA is awesome and always helping somebody out. Keep up the great work.

Our landlords are quick to respond to all of our inquires and needs. The neighborhood offers added protection by the means of a security gate. There railroads were an initial worry for possible noise pollution at night, but worry not because trains rarely occurs and if so it's hardly noticeable. We've renewed our annual lease for the second time for the fact that we enjoy living here so much. We would highly recommend Watermark to anyone.
