Property Ratings at Waterfront
They’ll let you sign a lease with them and give them a deposit and then two days before you move in, they’ll tell you your apartment isn’t ready. They’ll tell you where you can park for free and then tell you that there’s nothing they can do when your car gets towed anyway. They’ll tell you to give them a time for maintenance to come fix their shoddy appliances and then tell you that you have to work around their “busy” schedule. Save your time and money and rent somewhere else.
This place appears nice, dont expect a lot from the leasing office.

Great location, close to plenty of different food and shopping and also right next to a scenic lake perfect for walking your dog or just getting some exercise. Very clean units with brand new appliances and friendly staff helped me find the apartment that was perfect for me.

Overall the apartments themselves kinda suck. But the location, amenities, kind of make up for it. But overall I would definitely look around first before selecting this place. The apartments are not that great and they have raised my rent already once.

Great experience so far! It's pretty quiet and clean especially considering the allowance of pets. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful of quiet hours, staff is helpful and making a maintenance request is very fast!

Waterfront is an apartment complex of opportunity. The value per feature is well priced. There is a mile long trail around the lake, decent amount of natural wildlife eg large and small birds, water fowl, rabbits, fish, marshy shoreline and woodland vegetation. The gym has a well sounding spacious layout stocked with intermediate free weights and aerobic machines. Finally there is a basketball soccer court, large dog park, and two pool and grill areas. There is a lot to do here and it's worth it.

have been here for 3 years and the carpet in my apartment needs to be replaced. I see they are putting linoleum flooring in vacant apartments. We really need it in occupied apartments as well. I would be more apt to renew my lease if I had new flooring. Also linoleum in hallway and carpet on stairs are dirty and havent been cleaned in a while. Housekeeping vacuumed the linoleum but never mop it. I have had people that come to see me comment on how gross the hallway is.

Waterfront Apartments is a large complex near lakes and walking trails. The maintenance staff work throughout the complex each day, and the grounds are clean and neat. They are responsive to service requests. The office staff are helpful and the fitness center is an added bonus.

Its a good place to live for the price, but i wouldnt advise staying for longer then a couple yrs. The hassle dealing with the office, the issues with vehicles getting towed for no reason, and having them raise rental prices during the COVID pandemic shows that the residents are nothing more then a number and they really dont care about you.

This is a wonderful community to live in. All my neighbors are thoughtful and nice and waterfront is an extremely dog/pet friendly community, which i love. Maintenance had always been there to help with any issues regarding the apartment and leasing is knowledgeable and helps with any questions or concerns I have.

Great place to live and close to a lot of different things. Close to the mountains and downtime. Online system for leasing is a little confusing, but I like living here. 4/5

Things have been so much better under Greystar's management. The central location is great, the neighborhood is good with a low crime rate, pool and gym facility are both very nice and well maintained, maintenance request response has also been very good.

My work order was answered right away and the gentleman that came to fix my problem went right to work and identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. He wore his mask and gloves and was very friendly while getting the problem solved! Great experience!

Waterfront Apartments and quiet, unique, and very comfortable. I love the comfortable apartment I have moved into and absolutely love having a balcony that oversees the lake. Complete with a fireplace, balcony, and access to a gym and two pools - this community is perfect and at a phenomenal price.

I have enjoyed my experience as of far. Staff is very friendly and attentive, it is fairly clean and taken care of (property/landscaping). Another great thing about waterfront apartments is they are very communicative on the resident portal and physically, in making sure everyone knows whats going on at all times, and making sure residents are happy.

Im very pleased with the dog bag stations and areas to walk around and enjoy with my pet! Also, my experience with the office personnel has been exceptional! Very patient, friendly and helpful service on every occasion!

It would be a lovely place if it weren't for the mountains of dog poop everywhere. Try walking around in the summer. You won't be able to breath through your nose.

I have three kids, ages range between 1 and 13 and we all love living here. There's a well kept yard for the baby, my older kids enjoy fishing at the lake and the basketball courts, I take advantage if the gym when I can, and as a family, we all enjoy the pool. We've been very happy here and we all feel safe and taken care of.

Waterfront is great! I work in the area and really enjoy the open space around the facility, I can walk my dog and avoid people. They keep the area clean and have landscapers like every week, the place is great and hopefully rent doesnt sky rocket because Id love to stay here for a few more years!
