I have lived here since May 2024. My husband and I in a one bedroom and have recently moved into Ace bedroom. The one bedroom is okay for one person (and a pet) but with 2 people and a pet it was a little small. We recently moved to a 2 bedroom and it is much nicer space wise for 2. The staff especially the maintenance staff are wonderful, friendly, efficient and right there to help. They certainly do a magnificent job. The office staff is nice and knowledgeable & helpful

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The apartments are clean, quiet, and very sturdy. I have absolutely zero complaints! On my first morning here, two different employees stopped us and told us there was complimentary breakfast in the main building. It further proved that I made the right decision in moving here!

Pretty quiet neighborhood. Pretty easy parking and walking on the sidewalks. There is quite a bit a traffic but located within walking to several businesses

Pretty good place to live. There’s a pool, valet trash service, pest control and community activities done year round! Been here four years and love it! And if you have kids there is a playground. If you have pets, then there are potty places and a doggy park. The location is central to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, schools and parks. There are a lot of community events year round outside of Grandea, such as festivals, movies in the park, museums, sports and family events.

Both the leasing agent and the maintenance staff made my move-in smooth and easy. It took a little while to get my application approved, but Kievan in the leasing office made stay in touch with me at each step of the way and the maintenance staff were friendly and made sure I had a portable AC because they hadn’t fixed the units yet when I moved in and then made sure it was fixed the next day.

I did not know an “upgraded apartment” was an option until I asked about the “upgrades” featured in the model apartment. I now pay $200 extra dollars per month for white countertops with brown cabinets even though I was told I would have white countertops and cabinets. Apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. Community employees have been very nice.

Since new management has taken over, things have SIGNIFICANTLY improved! The only complaints I have is how often the pool is closed. Otherwise, they get to service requests within just a few days now rather than weeks and weeks, and they actually listen when you say something is wrong.

Too many issues! AC doesn't cool properly and maintenance changes so often that issues never get resolved. Apartments are spacious but have lots of small issues.

Good parking and good space in the bedrooms and bathroom and living room and the kitchen. Good on its trash days . Also the pics on line are really good because they mach what it looks like when you schedule an appointment to look at the apartments to a 1 bedroom or 2 or 3 .

It is a great place to live, really confortable. I am not giving 5 stars because people drive really fast inside the subdivision, and the dog owners do not pick up their dog's poop.

Love the apartment! After a while of weird management changes due to a new company buying out the apartments, I was finally able to get all my maintenance needs taken care of however there are still issues here and there with the apartment that have yet to be fully taken care of. Luckily I’ve found a way to work around them until they can be fixed

I was surprised by how quiet it is in my apartment since it is an apartment complex. The neighbor is really nice. I love my apartment. It’s spacious and has a wood burning fireplace! I love the bay windows.

I been living hear over a year.and I must say it's came a long way the new manager has turn this place around I love that they putting in more up to date appliances..and maintenance has gotten better I'm looking forward to see what other changes they gonna do..if you would of asked me a year ago would I recommend this place I would of told you no.but now absolutely would recommend waterford place to friends and family keep up the good work manager mary

Love the location, amenities, neighbors, staff, and the apartment's look! I don't love how the packages are treated now because I have to physically go to the post office if I have a package any larger than a mailbox coming USPS. I also don't love that some neighbors with dogs don't pick up their excrement. Overall, a good experience or I wouldn't have been here for 4 years!

There’s been a number of issues with leaks and plumbing. The office never has a manager in there and it’s hard to get any help with emergencies.
