Do not believe the glowing reviews.Terrible place .Where do I start.Intolerant neighbors.They manipulate rent by first offering a so called special. Real shock comes when you renew lease and your rent go go up 200 to 300 dollars. Greed .by all measures.Lousy place.Paper thin walls where you can hear everything from toilets flushing to constant noisy foot traffic.Only if you are on 3rd floor you may have some privacy.Intolerant neighbors who judge whether you fit in.

I went to tour and was greeted by Waterford Place's friendly staff. They truly cared about what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the area. I love that it is so close to parks and a lake. They mentioned that they host resident events which is great because I am looking for a sense of community. The inside of the apartments are spacious and include a sunroom! I can't wait to make Waterford Place my new home :)

I have lived at Waterford Place for 5 years. This is an apartment community - rather than just another apartment complex. The residents that I have met here are all very friendly and respectable. Each member of the management staff is very friendly, always helpful, and very professional. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the property and its amenities. Likewise, the maintenance staff is incredible. They always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and do the job right the first time. This is a wonderful place to call home.

My fiancé and I literally looked at every property in Greensboro. The staff here were the friendliest. Best amenities that we seen, AND they have washers and dryers INCLUDED. Every other property we went to either charged extra or we had to get our own. I also love the sunroom, It’s a great space for studies and really close to school

So many great things to do with a great view of the lake also family and pet friendly. I can’t stay away from the new Hammock park it’s so relaxing after a long day and next to the grill.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and really like it. My favorite amenities are the large sunroom, cathedral ceilings (3rd floor) and the gas fireplace. The maintenance crew is EXCEPTIONAL! Very nice and most issues are fixed the SAME DAY or within a couple of days.

Great community with friendly neighbors, great office staff and knowledgeable, friendly maintenance personnel. The amenities are great and well kept, we like having a charcoal grill close by and the dog area. The dogs love that too. The apartments are quiet or we have very quiet neighbors, as we rarely hear noise. Great location in a desirable area close to shopping and other activities. Highly recommend for those looking at apartment living.

I love my apartment. The sunroom is amazing and the bedrooms are huge. My dog and I have plenty of areas to walk and the new management seems to be really updating the property. I plan to stay to renew my lease and can’t wait to see what’s to come. I definitely recommend this please.
