Waterford Place Apartments

Those apartments aren’t great due that management don’t care about the resident’s complaints! Always trash full every weekend! Complaints to management, they do nothing about it! One of maintenance don’t give crap what resident asked about what is wrong! Other maintenance were great! The apartment site were cheaper , can hear bottom and above! Management said it was luxury! It was not luxury! Stay away from there! Please! Go somewhere and research it very well! I moved out and moved to luxury apt and felt better!

Waterford Place is a quiet, safe and well maintained property. The staff is fantastic. Any request that my wife or I have made has been handled professionally, quickly and 100% to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Waterford Place. We originally signed a 6 month lease but have stayed 2 years.

I ended up moving after several years there. I lived on the second floor of the three story building and while the first two were ok cause of the guy above me, the last year was terrible. The guy above me during the 1st two years worked long hours and was only home from 2am till 8am and never heard him hardly at all except for when he went to the bathroom. Yes that's right these places are built so thin that you can hear the person above you using the bathroom and in great detail of how they're using the bathroom. I could live with that but last year I had a girl who apparently has sleep apnea because all she does is walk/stomp around all day and night. On top of that she apparently likes to vacuum her apartment at 4am. I have talked to other neighbors there that are in the same situation im in, they live on the second or bottom floor and they could hear everything the person above them was doing. If that was not enough then the pet population will drive you nuts. Dogs left out on the balcony barking all day and night and dog poop everywhere. There are numerous people who have Mustangs there and it sounds like a race when they come and go. I would here my neighbor crank his Mustang up EVERY morning at 6am and pull out of there onto 127 like it was 1/4 drag strip. I could go on about the two leasing girls and theyre attitude but read other and the a/c and heating was poor but you can read other reviews elsewhere and get the picture. There's new apartments complexes popping up in Viewmont, look there.

Staffs are inexperienced and rude. They seemed nice at first, but they are just two immature kids who do not know how to handle stress.

Nestled in not one of but the best locations in Hickory is WaterFord Apartments. Waterford offers luxurious homes that draw you in the moment you view them. Lets get a closer look shall we. As we enter my home we are greated with an open area surrounded by chrome lightning fixtures, black GE appliances which of course features a dishwasher, icemaker and garbage disposal. Storage space is plentiful as a walkin closet adorns the bedroom and an extra storage space is on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony it has a view of the olympic size sparklong pool and an array of colorful fllowers and trees. The staff is just as warm and welcoming as the apartments. So stop by and step into your new home at Waterford.
