Property Ratings at Waterford Place Apartments
These are very spacious apartments. Management team is great. I have had a couple of issues with appliances and both were resolved immediately. They keep the places inspected regularly. They test smoke detectors regular and keep filters changed as well. My only complaint is you can hear neighbors upstairs walking. But no other noise. We have been here since late August 2017
Waterford Place Apartments in Elizabethtown KY is a great apartment complex. The apartments are spacious, can be rented furnished or unfurnished and is within walking distance to Kroger, the mall, and at least 8 different restaurants. The management team is friendly and respond very quickly to any issues, both large and small. I would highly recommend these apartments.
