I absolutely love living at Waterford Cherry Creek Apartments. The only issue I have is that the rent is a little high, but if you can afford to live here I highly recommend it. The leasing agents are all kind and friendly. The maintenance is timely with requests. The amenities are actually functional and kept updated. The area is pretty good too. Oh and the only other downside is that the gates break pretty consistently.

Uncaring management has no solution for a broken appliance (washing machine) besides ending my lease or letting me use a vacant apartment to do my laundry which is completely absurd.

Thank you for your review, Will. As you said, we offered you the use of a neighboring apartment while we waited on the installation of your new washing machine. While we are very sorry that we were not able to get the machine immediately due to an injured maintenance technician, we did hire a vendor to complete the work as quickly as their schedule would allow.
“Property mangment is lack luster and the premises is not secured. Don’t be fooled.” That’s a million dollar marketing line if I have ever seen one.

I have been living at Waterford Cherry Creek now for almost a year. My roommate and I renewed our lease right away because we are seriously happy with where we live. Management is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. They are helpful and caring. Any maintenance issue gets fixed immediately. It’s surprising. You will love living here. Overall, I’ve been very comfortable and happy living here. The rent has been reasonable, the mgmt helpful and understanding, the maintenance capable and responsive. Any issues quickly resolved. There are some outdated or old features here and there but the majority of things are updated. Big laundry and dryer instead of those teeny little stacked ones.

There's a dog that has been disruptive to my quiet enjoyment for more than 7 months now and this week the owner, who's unable to train one dog for community living, just brought another dog into the equation. The barking is unbearable and I've only gotten three uninterrupted nights of sleep in the past 7 months. That was last week while the resident and dog were gone. It was too good to be true. From 4pm - 1130pm last night the dogs had 14 separate barking tirades. The night before they wee barking multiple times around 10pm, then again at 330am. The night before that it was 240am amd 530am. The night before that it was 540am. It just doesn't stop...it's all hours with frequency of virtually every night I'm at the house. The owner doesn't have dogs that are conducive to community living and the response from management thus far indicates little care for my rights to quiet enjoyment.

I am so pleased with my apartment and the amenities at Waterford Cherry Creek. My small dog and I love it here. The apartment has everything I need, and is on the first floor, and it is close to the swimming pool, hot tub, mailbox, package pick up, and garbage dumpster. There is also a gym and dog wash area by the package pick up area. There is a beautiful walking trail across the street from the office, and a great park across the street from my apartment. I’m a block away from King Soopers Grocery, and about three blocks away from a small shopping center, including a bank. I’ve been able to schedule all my doctor appointments close by. The office crew are wonderful and so helpful. It’s a great place to live.

I've lived in this community for over a month now and have been incredibly impressed with the grounds, management and maintenance staff. Michelle and Betsy went above and beyond showing me multiple units to suit my needs and further through the application process. Not to mention they were incredibly welcoming and communicative. Shortly after moving in my hot water heater stopped working and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. My only complaint about the apartments are that you can sometimes hear your upstairs or downstairs neighbors and the floors creak in certain areas, but I've put down some thick area rugs and it seems to have helped.

I’m elderly living by myself. I’ve lived here for nearly two years now with my dog, and I love it! I feel safe, and any maintenance issues I have are taken care of in a very timely manner. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay long term.

We moved out of Waterford Cherry Creek on June 15th; 9 mos early due to the condition of the apartment and property paying a buyout fee of $3248.00. •misrepresentation of the apartment by refusing to show it before we moved in •Apt wasn’t ready on move in day; laminate floors not done, $300 credit but never finished •Apt not clean on move in day •Paid a premium for a renovated apt; definitely not premium apt •Turned in pages of repairs; maintenance chose 3 and ignored the rest (no sink stoppers, tub stopper not operational, no hot water in shower, missing shelf in both freezer and refrigerator, washing machine makes a metal on metal scratching sound (maintenance unable to help), to stained cabinets, filthy carpet, disgusting film on fire place glass, shelves missing from closet at which maintenance said it was “intentional” but shared shelves in other closets), spackle filled nail holes but not painted •Unbearable smell of body odor + wet cigarettes; we had 8 plug ins, no exaggeration. •PM did not check on us one time; paid to move in and not a peep since (after pages of Apt repairs, a move in check in was necessary) •Garage floor stained with oil and also smelled horrible; like wet cigarettes and cat urine; paid $345 for a professional power wash company to clean and this only helped with the smell temporarily (while still cold outside) •Sidewalks a death trap on snow days •Poop everywhere on grounds •Hvac vents never cleaned before we moved in •We changed our on air filter monthly even though advertised this was an amenity •Exterior bedroom wall not insulated so a temp differential of 15 degrees; very high gas costs so where we saved in rent, we paid in utilities •Washing machine doesn’t clean clothes, agitator tears clothes, it’s dirty and disgusting; more harm than good, had to go to the laundry mat, unusable •Not safe; homeless people in the complex often, gates don’t lock or have gaps through which people climbed in •Motel and condemned building across the street attracts unhoused population •••The very worst part was the odor mentioned above, it was disgusting and a shame to allow people to pay to live in those conditions.•••

The leasing staff are incredibly hard working and they resolved all of my issues upon moving in. Special thanks to Olivia who was very responsive and helpful! The units themselves are very spacious and great for remote workers and commuters alike. The community is quite and very safe. The neighbors are nice and are respectful. Would highly reccomend this community to anyone wanting to live near the hustle and bustle of denver but at the same time in its own little community. This community is definitely a hidden gem!

Would be very careful if the apartment you are moving into and make sure you see if prior to living into it. Dont believe what the leasing team tells you without seeing the apartment.

Renter's should be rewarded for paying rent on time...Cherry Creek raises the rent at a very high rate every year! They offer low rates when you first move in after that is where they get you! Will never come back. Community has also gone down since I have moved in. Crime rate is awful. No Security for the premises. Even though they are real quick to raise the rent rates!

Very happy to live here, peaceful place for my husband and pups, great community, grounds and infrastructure are well kept and amenities are well maintained. Moved here from downtown and was worried about location, but this location is actually quite central and I'm very happy.

Truly one of the worst community managers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her attitude and demeanor is pompous and uncaring about any resident issues. Avoid this complex. Since she makes the rules expect a genuinely terrible time when attempting to do... anything.

Stay far away! The most incompetent and inconsiderate management I have ever encountered. I communicated the style apartment I was looking for and was promised that, so I applied for that specific apartment. Turns out they have no clue what each individual unit looks like. This happened several times throughout the process. They quoted me at a set rent but when they sent me the paperwork it was much higher. They also added fees to my move-in that I had already previously paid for. It too several phone calls and emails to clear all this up. Needless to say, I am not moving in but they have no problem keeping my holding fee...a fee that I wouldn’t have paid if I knew what that actual apartment looked like. I have filed a complaint with Greystar and BBB.

Thank you for reaching out, when you had initially toured, we had discussed that we were not 100% sure if the home would have maple or white cabinets, and that we would know more upon the past resident moving out. When we were able to walk the home, we did notice that there were maple cabinets. In regards to the rent being higher this happened when you decided to switch apartment homes. Waterford is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. Staff has been wonderful and responsive. The layout of the apartments is great, and we love calling it home.

Waterford Cherry Creek has the worst maintenance service of any apartment I have ever lived in by far. Do not move here unless you want to call maintenance every two weeks for the same 3 problems over and over again.

Waterford Cherry Creek is a wonderful place to live. Friendly, professional staff willing to help and meet your needs. As an elderly widowed woman with a young dog, it was important to find an apartment on the ground floor. The staff at Waterford worked with me to find just the right apartment. I can see myself staying here long term.

Im beyond satisfied with my experience so far! We havent lived here long but throughout the process the staff has been great and very attentive! The community is nice and quiet while still being close to shopping and not too far from downtown.

I've been there two weeks and it seems like a nice place to live. It's been quiet for me, which is important, and it has a little park for my dogs to run. I'm looking forward to seeing how I enjoy it when COVID restrictions subside.

This is probably one of the worst communities I've ever lived in. If I was tied to a lease, I would've moved out 1 week after move-in. I am still dealing with issues from move-in (4 months ago) from a laundry list of items and it's completely unacceptable. I do my best to stay at places instead of my apartment, which is ridiculous because I pay monthly rent here. Counting down the days until I can depart this dump.
