Staff are an issue they don’t reply to residents or issues don’t respond to calls or emails even the managers, office hours are not always kept really poor residential care.

If you’re considering leasing with WaterCrest, please weigh your other options, especially if you’re an out-of-towner like me. Yes, the complex is aesthetically appealing inside and out but don’t get blinded by the aesthetics. I had to make many maintenance requests throughout my duration (a little less than a year). Silverfish ran rampant, and many other bugs in the hallways due to trash being left out for days. Parking was also an issue. You have to fight for a parking spot every day. My main complaint was the noise. I lived on the second floor, which allowed me to be consumed by noise all day and night beyond the “normal apartment noises.” I had inconsiderate neighbors below my main bedroom who would open and close their garage 15+ times or more within a couple of hours. Compared to the neighbors below my other bedroom and living room, I would barely notice they were coming or going. The neighbors would also start their motorcycles inside the garage below my main bedroom. Above me was a family with two large dogs. The dogs would run back and forth throughout the apartment. The owners had no control over them. These two issues would allow my apartment to shake. I made numerous complaints to the leasing office/manager. I provided video footage and time stamps of the incidents occurring for months. Neighbors below me were retaliating, and I no longer felt safe or had peace of mind. Management gave me the option to break my lease early because it was nothing more they could do after all my complaints. However, I wholeheartedly believe they only gave me that option so that this issue wouldn’t turn legal. I genuinely feel sorry for the individual(s) who leased that apartment after me. The entire experience was a nightmare.
I've never lived where the maintenance crew was do quick to respond and complete the task quickly.

My interactions with the office staff have always been positive and professional. The service work in my apartment was completed way faster than I expected. In addition to repairing the blinds, the service technician checked the battery in my Latch and made sure it was fully charged for me. Thanks for everything!

Loving it so far. Everything is well kept and put together. The scenery is beautiful. Quiet, peaceful and safe community with lots of places to go around the area.
Excessive dog poop, while this has gotten much better the last couple of months there are still people that don't clean up after their dog. The area around the pond and pool area is where I still see it the most.

I really enjoyed this apartment. We wanted to move closer to family and lower costs while I finished graduate school. Otherwise I would have wanted to stay in the area.
I have recommended, and almost had a friend move here! Overall, it's a great location (right off 435 and next to City Center is a spot to die for), good amenities, and nice spaces.

I would definitely recommend this community to family and friends because it' has a very home friendly environment.
Despite problems with trash/recycling and unreasonable bog barking at noise in fourth floor hall. This is a comfortable place to call home during the Covid crisis which has put strain on management, maintenance and residents. It is a beautiful complex that is trying to keep us serviced at a high level and installs the latest options for our comfort and convenience. Patience is a virtue in these trying times and I think we are all doing what we can.
Office staff is important in leasing in an apartment community but...it is definitely not what would convince me to live in that community. The apartment itself and amenities are. Those are what I would be "interacting with" daily, not the staff.

Overall I like this apartment, which is why I have continued to renew my lease. However, I would like more storage and feel like the sound protection isn't the greatest as I can hear my upstairs neighbors regularly and have issues with the neighbors next door in past years as well.

Conveniently located to my work and to various stores and restaurants. V. good for a car-free lifestyle. Only criticism is that residents with dogs do not pick up after them. Quite a lot of dog poop on the lawn.

If we have any questions or issues going on, the office is quick to respond or get somebody on the issue. The grass/pool area/gym are always neat and tidy. I love the clean smell everyday when I walk into the building from the house keeping people. I really appreciate that - because we can keep our place clean, but we can't control outside of that. So it's nice that it always smells fresh.

Beautiful property and great Salesperson. Issues are Price is pretty high for the Hemingway, Price is high by comparison for a pet (regardless of size), price is high by comparison for a garage, No use of specific types of BBQ grills or smokers on the patios, and no smoker for public use by the pool (only have grills)

I absolutely love Watercrest! When I moved in, I was coming from a tough situation. I had just entered into the beginning stages of a divorce and had to sell my house which is why I was renting. Watercrest made me feel like I was home at my new home. I can't express how much I appreciate all the staff and maintenance staff at Watercrest. I love living here and the property is beautiful and makes you feel like you are living at a resort!

We really liked the place, especially with us bringing a baby into our home in March 2020. We felt this place was perfect for it. I hope we get approved and can live at Watercrest

The location and proximity to 435, and City Center, restaurants, is great. The grounds are nicely maintained, and in season, the pool is great. I had the two bedroom with den/third bedroom option, and loved the space and layout. I do think updated/upgraded refrigerators, washer/dryers (quieter) and better ventilation open-capable windows and cooking venting out of apt would enhance the living for the rent price.
