We have been so, so happy here at Watercolors. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is always timely with requests for assistance. The amenities exceed other properties with not one but TWO pools, a gym that is kept so clean and cool. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
I’ve been living at Watercolors of Centerton since 2023, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Two sparkling pools with cabana-style seating, a gym, kid’s play area, and a dog park make it feel like a little resort I get to come home to every day. My spacious, modern apartment has an open layout, plenty of storage, and a beautiful island kitchen that’s perfect for cooking or hosting friends and family. The community is kid- and pet-friendly, always clean, and close to everything I need. Best of all, the maintenance team is fast, friendly, and keeps everything running perfectly—making life here comfortable, convenient, and stress-free. The neighbors are warm and welcoming, and there’s always a friendly face to say hello to. This isn’t just an apartment complex—it’s truly a community I’m proud to be part of.
I recently moved to Watercolors and have absolutely been loving it! I’ve been living in the Bentonville area for the past two years and have changed apartments twice during that time. The moment I moved into Watercolors, it truly felt like home. The management team is exceptional, and the location is hard to beat. It’s incredibly convenient—with several places nearby, including a Neighborhood Market just a short walk away.
Apartments are fantastic for first time apartments! Whether you're staying for a year or longer. They have been fantastic. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is wonderful, even if it is a little awkward at times! Honestly loved being here, if we didn't need more space we would stay another year!

I am living at watercolors of Centerton from almost 1 year. Friendly front desk staff. Resolves the maintenance issues immediately. Great location, close to stores, and also a community hall to celebrate parties. Spacious apartments with excellent designs. Nice gym, well maintained pool and play area for all ages with pickle ball courts and basketball court. Pets play area. Best place to live.
I absolutely love living in water Colours apartments building 15 The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, making every interaction pleasant. The amenities, especially the [specific amenity, e.g., gym, pool, or clubhouse], are well-maintained and add so much value to my daily routine. The community is welcoming and peaceful, and the location is super convenient with easy access to [nearby attractions or conveniences, e.g., shopping, parks, ]. I genuinely feel at home here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Price is comparable, staff is top-notch, maintenance is always timely, and the property is well-kept! I also love my neighbors!!! It’s a safe place to live too (several policemen live here). Absolutely love living here— fabulous location!
Hands down the best place I have ever lived. Everyone is very friendly, full of families, endless accommodations, very quiet. I literally feel like I wake up every day at a resort.
My partner and I have been living here for a few months and it’s been wonderful. We have the two bedroom; Austin FloorPlan. The office staff are friendly and quick to help. Maintenance responds same day. (Most cases) The parking lots & sidewalks are lit up at night so it feels safe. A lot of things are within walking distance if you are into that. Only complaint we have is our specific unit is outside handicap parking so we have to park in front of another buildings most days. But if that’s the only problem- I think we’ll be okay. Great amenities. (No but actually good. No lie.) Beautiful gondolas and garden spaces. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly at our monthly events. Rent here is like 3rd cheapest in all of NWA. (Rent v.s SQFT) I could go on all day. We spent a long time looking into apartments but just fell in love with this complex within our first tour. If you are looking for a sign to move here- this is it!!
I’ve now lived here since Oct 2023 and it’s really be wonderful. Pretty much a concerns are addressed and helped and the community host a lot of events to bring us together which I personally love. The campus is also really well maintained . I definitely recommend to live here
