It’s crucial to have a safe space, and I believe Waterbend provides that. The apartments are situated in a highly convenient location, making it easy to reach various destinations within a reasonable timeframe.

I really enjoy living here. The management staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff all do their best to keep the place running efficiently and smoothly. They're very responsive to outreach and do a good job of communicating requests. They're all super kind and easy to talk too. I really enjoy living here and hope to be a resident for a long time to come.

So far it's been a safe and convenient place to live. Transit service is 1 block away, haven't been a victim of racism or crime, management is approachable, .

Waterbend is a wonderful community management. Maria is the best. She’s very hard-working and make sure everything is great here. Maintenance is on point and gets the job done the apartments here are so beautiful. Thank you for this opportunity Waterbend!

It's a great place to live, I feel safe in my apartment.

My experience has been very good here at Water Bend. Management promptly and effectively addresses any concerns I may have had. I really appreciate the relationship I have as a resident with management. I feel valued as a community member and I actively demonstrate my desire to remain a resident here. Waterbend apartments could be a great place to live, but the experience as a tenant of three years has been nothing short of terrible. Management takes weeks to respond to any needs, follow-through is nonexistent, and no one seems to accept accountability for the following challenges: you never receive your mail, facility requests are not completed, and the community is disruptive, filthy and unpredictably.

Response time is terrible. Service work is excellent.

Ive never had a garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and my own bathroom. Living at Waterbend is very luxurious compared to my prior residence. It is quiet, safe, clean and management is helpful and friendly

During the tour and the leasing process I felt very comfortable and secure in choosing Waterbend as my home to be. Breana, the leasing agent was very knowledgeable about the housing choice program, answered all of my questions and made sure we picked the home that exceeded all my needs. However, living in the building has been terrible there is no on-site security consistently, pest run everywhere, theft in the parking garage, lack of follow-up from the staff, noise complaints, trespassers, inconsistent treatment of residents based on their payment status and high utility bills. This building needs to get it together because this is terrible. Counting down my day to move.

Overall love living here. Very quiet for the most part The problem with the constant fire alarms has been drastically reduced. Have finally been seeing a Security presence at night Love that maintenance is so quick to respond, and the team seems to be very knowledgeable Appreciate having a manager on site for assistance

Overall, we love the apartment. Its a great amount of space for the best price. The community is quiet and friendly, and the location is convenient for everyone from car owner to public transport rider. There were little bumps in the leasing process, but now that were living here, its fine.

Waterbend Apartments is located in a little hidden gem of a community, right off of 3rd Street. It is a peaceful and quiet place with lovely amenities.

Pretty apartment and layout but the unprofessional management, unprofessional leasing agent, and general laissez faire attitude that they take leaves a resident wondering what they do and frustrated when things go wrong

Waterbend Apartments are not managed well and for the amount of rent you receive the upkeep is very poor.

Waterbend has been a welcomed respite from the SF housing market. The facilities are well-maintained, the management team is professional and responsive, and the move-in experience was seemless. Highly recommend!

GREAT PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE

Waterbend has the feel of a luxury hotel. The building and property is well-maintain, the staff friendly and the location is short walk from public transit. The only thing missing is the concierge service, to handle matters like dry cleaning and other type services.

The Waterbend is an excellent value in an expensive market. The management and staff are excellent. I feel extremely safe and management does a great job in keeping the property clean and safe.

Beautiful apartment, you can actually talk to management, located near a muni transit line, near a grocery store, and the elevator works.

This apartment complex is amazing and I will recommend to others.
