Washington Quarters Apartments

I'm pleased to see improvements in the outdoor lighting, as well as the installation of new basketball rims. I enjoyed having access to community events like for Valentines Day.

I just moved in on the 20th and I had a wonderful experience working with DeAnna in the leasing office. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and was very patient. She is super nice and friendly. My apartment was clean upon move in and the staff was responsive to any requests made. I am very happy I chose Washington Quarters as my new home.

My family and I love being here. It's been about 2 years now and we have no complaints. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It's a nice quiet area.

As a first time apartment renters we are actually happy to have chosen this place. The unit is nice and cozy. It's close to all our favorite places and pet friendly.

We have had a peaceful and friendly experience. No issues with the property and maintenance has always been professional and quick to respond.

Washington Quarters is a wonderful community filled with friendly neighbors and opportunities to see beautiful wildlife with all the woodlines, pond and trees. We enjoy the amenities and the quietness of the neighborhood. The community is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping yet tucked away to allow you to feel away from all the hassle and bustle. Staff is friendly, helpful and always available. I can't say enough wonderful things about them from the office staff to the maintenance department. We truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend it.

It’s a nice place to live. Safe community, friendly neighbors, and a great office staff. The maintenance men are quick to help and are very friendly.

Having snow plows to clean the roads and maintain snow removal on sidewalks has been very helpful. I do hope that in the future they can get back to cleaning the common area in the building.

I've been living in Washington Quarters since August and I'm still a 100% happy for making this apartment community my home. If you love a quiet, relaxing place, while being close to places to eat and department stores, this is the place for you!

I always get a quick response whenever I have a question or concern and I’d I’m unable to get thru on the phone I always receive a callback to see if everything has been taken care of.

Apartment had an easy move in with staff being friendly and communicative. The maintenance has been responsive in a timely manner to any requests that have been submitted.

I love the Washington Quarters Apartment community! I've been living here for more than a year and I couldn't be happier. Kind, courteous service--both from the front desk as well as Maintenance--they all respond quickly and efficiently. This is a quiet community surrounded by oodles of trees. After looking at many apartments in this area, once I found WQ, I knew I was home. On the west side of Avon, right across from the Avon Police Department, it is a perfect location--easy access to all the stores, etc., yet quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend Washington Quarters Apartments!

Washington quaters has been a great community for me for over 10yrs I luv it here quite clean and great janitors..... would have never chosen any other place....

Love it. Very quiet. Love the area. Almost everything you need is in the Avon area. The staff in the office are very friendly. Hopefully will stay long term if needed.

Living here for almost three years has yielded many opportunities to interact with the staff and with the processes. I can confidently say that it has been a great time living here, with the staff being friendly and maintenance moving to our service requests quickly.

Great place to stay. We plan on staying another year and our kids love it! Great school district and quiet area with many family places and activities to do around town.

Quiet and clean. I have had no issues with my neighbors and grounds are kept clean. The community itself is very safe and I have no concerns at all about safety.

A great, quiet, relaxing and secure place to live. All services requests are reviewed and followed as soon as they can. If not, they always keep an open and constant communication to give you updates. 100% recommended.

It was a very smooth move in transition. Excited to be here. The pool is so nice. Definitely going to have to take advantage of that next year.

Overall a huge fan of this apartment complex. Great neighbors, minimal problems, and affordable compared to other complexes. The only reason we're leaving is because we bought our first home! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Maintenance is always on top and office. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is nice clean and kept up. Flex program is very convenient.

From the application process to actually moving in, it all went very smoothly. Lydia has been very helpful through the whole process. Apartment is very close to two parks and easy access to the stores.

I have loved living here. Great facilities and they are very attentive. The office staff is friendly and a delight to work with. I would definitely reccomend living here.

Quiet place to live. Maintenance is always quick to help. The only reason it's not a 5 star is they keep raising the rent. It's a nice place to live.

The apartments have decent space and the amenities like the pool and gym are very nice to have. I haven’t met much of the residents yet but it seems like a very nice community.

It is great! It is a quiet neighborhood and everyone is so nice. The only negative is a few days it smells pretty bad because of the treatment plant but other than that, it’s amazing to live here

Love the dog park that the apartment offers. All the amenities are wonderful, but the dog park is by our favorite and makes this a great place to live.

They get to fixes fast, and have a friendly staff. They try to have fun things like taco trucks come around and park by the pool, stuff like that.

We love it here. Maintenance has always stayed on top of everything we needed done. The area is very well kept and it's a very quiet and safe neighborhood for my kiddos.

This week marks 3 years since I moved to Indiana. having chosen a Washington Quarters Villa online before I left my previous state. I walked in, having never seen the place, and have loved it ever since. Maintenance response time and services rank 5 stars just themselves! Office staff has been very helpful, and I loved the pool at first sight! The sidewalks provide a safe place to walk my dog, and the streets are very well maintained. I love the landscaping everywhere - along the drive, in front and back of the homes. WQ is a great place to spend my retirement years.

Great area to live. Had a maintance problem and they were on it right away and got the problem fix as fast as possible. Keep me updated on the process the whole time

Not fully moved in yet but everything has been great so far. Everyone seems to follow the rules, grounds are kept clean, and very delightful office staff that has answered all of my questions and concerns.

I like the area. Several Parks and trails to walk are so close. Many nearby shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff to help with your questions.

I would highly recommend the apartment community here! This is my fifth year at this residence. I am totally satisfied with how prompt they are if you need anything fixed in the apartment. As well as how courteous they are upon a greeting. Ms. Jackson

His is the only apartment community at which I renewed my lease because I love it here so much. All the parks and trails within arms reach! From the spectacular office staff to the maintenance crew that wave when they see you (maintenance guys NEVER usually care that much!) this place feels like a home.

I am very sad and disappointed with our experience at Washington Quarters. This was my and my husband’s first home together, and we wanted to have an amazing experience. It started off great! The staff seemed so nice and caring. Once you give them that money and sign the lease, they throw all morals and kind wishes out the window. We have now been here for a little over six months and have been consistently harassed and targeted by the leasing office. If you don’t read the rest of this, just note that they will lie about the sewage treatment plant behind the complex. Yes it smells TERRIBLY. But only at certain times, and yes I can smell it at the very front far end of the complex by the leasing office where my apartment is. If you decide to move here, pray to God you don’t get targeted, because they will threaten to take away pool privileges, club privileges, tack on extra fees, and EVICTION! These “updated” apartments are some lame laminated counters, and they painted the counters with a dark brown Crayola paint to make it look like dark wood. You might buy into it, we did! We wanted to love this place so much! And honestly besides the “updates” being cheap, they’re still nice apartments. It’s a shame really. No amount of money would I ever live here again. Not even if they paid me monthly rent to stay. I wish I never wasted our time and money to be harassed and targeted. We pay rent on time, pick up after our dog, have never had a noise complaint, etc.. Save yourself stress, and hopefully you won’t have to tell your 5 yr old he can’t swim in the pool because they have the power to just take it away. So they did.

Really like my Villa, feels like home without the worry! Nice and clean, lots of storage, quiet, friendly neighborhood, convenient to shopping, friendly office and maintenance staff, mine was completely renovated before i moved in so, it's like living in a brand new home! Love it!

I really love this place! Maintenance and staff are really good about getting back to you about any issues you might have. The price is a little steep for me but all the apartment complexes in this area are about the same. It's in a good location to go to the surrounding communities (Plainfield, Danville, and Brownsburg) or you can turn right on 36 to go shopping. It's only about half an hour from downtown Indy. Although you are about 15 minutes from 465, which is THE highway around here.

These apartments are located in a very convenient area to all types of shopping. Any store you would need, is right off Highway 36. The apartments themselves, are very well maintained. Any maintenance issues you might have, are addressed in a very timely matter. Each unit has a washer/dryer, which is a plus. Some units have a very lovely view of the lake.

I have lived in quite a few apartments in my life, but I have never before lived in an apartment that felt like home. Now I do. Washington Quarters is a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful staff. The landscaping and roads are regularly maintained, the common area of our building is kept clean and usually smells great, and within one year of living here recycling became yet another amenity we could rely on! The inside of our 2 bedroom apartment is professionally painted with vaulted ceilings, classy light fixtures and counter-tops, and lots of space. We even have two walk-in closets, a fully functional laundry room, and on our balcony we have another closet for extra storage! The only concern we have ever had with the neighborhood is that it sits next to the local sewage treatment facility, but this has never caused us any trouble as the walls and windows of our apartment are so well sealed that no foul smells enter and we have almost no bugs in the summer either! If you are looking for an apartment that feels like home, I highly recommend that you look here.
